Very unprofessional staff including management. I witnessed one female manager arguing with another male manager at the front desk while the breakfast area was extremely busy. I really enjoyed a lot of the simple touches that the hotel provides. There was apple cider in the front lobby. With-15 degree C weather (without the windchill) this was much appreciated. I've had stayed at this hotel for business numerous time. The front desk staff are always pleasant and accommodating.
The beds are comfortable, the lighting is good, the shower water pressure is always strong and the Internet works consistently.
I will be back next month to Ottawa and I will definitely be staying here again.

All the basics were as they should be , clean and in order. When I find myself not thinking about the room or hotel I am in, then it must be good.

Great experience. We would stay there again if in Ottawa.

Everything is satisfied except the coffe maker. It was not cleaned properly. There were some stains left in the pot. I wish the persons who served breakfast could be more friendly.

The room was not spotless but it was reasonably clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is well located if you have a car. The continental breakfast is fine. There was a good selection of fresh fruit. The breakfast also featured a waffle machine.

They found the beds to be very comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was on the main floor, close to the conference room. Only complaint was that conference people kept coming into the hallway and talking and laughing loudly. I was trying to put my grandson to sleep. I would never want to be so close to the conference room again. Everything else was fine.

Close to family

The floors need sound proofing. Being woke up at 530 by a screaming, running and jumping child on the floor above my room was to say a sore spot in our stay. There was definitely no need for a wake up call..hallways noisy too. The staff were wonderful. But that was all.

Easy In, Easy Out

Staff very professional and helpful. Room was clean. Spotless. Tim Horton's a 65-second walk away.The only downside for me : the pool was so warm you could have made soup in it.

Stayed there one night couple of years ago. Got a nice room with a jacuzzi tub for a reasonable price. I live in the south of Ottawa so the location did not bother me. It is too far from downtown so I would not recommend it ... however if you are flying in and need a place to crash for one night, this would be an ideal spot.

OK but nothing to write home about

This hotel was convenient to the airport, the rooms were clean and a decent size. Front desk personnel were fine but nothing really stood out as exceptional for me. Fitness center needs to be updated as the traedmill kept stopping in teh middle of my walk. Jacuzzi was out of service.
