Welcome to Days Inn Oromocto, NB. As our guest, you can expect warm hospitality and a range of services including free internet, pool, restaurant, gym and meeting space
Room was very comfortable, very clean. Hotel has a fitness room ,indoor pool. All associates were very helpful.
This hotel was beautifully maintained, our room was immaculate. The breakfast was good too. I liked that it was served starting at 6:30, because it meant we could get on the road early.
Well located when visiting family on CFB Gageton. Breakfast was good.
My boyfriend and I were heading back to Newfoundland, this would be our second stop before hitting up the ferry. Awesome location, just beside the highway and there's a restaurant within the hotel, though it was close when we arrived. But the gentleman at the reception was so helpful and told us about places to eat which were 5 mins away from the hotel and most of them delivers. The rooms are... more
chambre propre personnel bien . problème avec le réseau sans fils wifi
The hotel is near the highway, easy to find and not too old. The room however was not as good as the hotel looked. First, non-smoking rooms on smoking floors is a ridiculous concept: you don't need me to sign a paper expressing I won't smoke in the room, the floor reeks and the rooms smell. Next, I like dogs, but not when they bark early in the morning, a "privilege" you get from being on the... more
Interacting with the front-desk staff was a pleasure. They were knowledgeable and efficient, as well as seemingly eager to provide answers to any questions we posed. Their continental breakfast was more than sufficient and was quite tasty. They had a good variety of food available. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. -Great place to get a good night's sleep!
clean, really great breakfast, great price, convenient location
The front desk staff gave us the wrong room! We were handed keys to a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk to complain there was no sincere apology or follow-up the next day as to their mistake. When we actually got to "our" room, it was actually good, large sized. Location is quite far from Fredericton, about a 20 minutes drive away, would choose a hotel in... more
The location is convenient and restaurants are within driving distances
Everything was good! They had french and english personnal!
Good hotel we would stay again. Clean and comfortable.
In general the hotel is ok, the room was clean. Wi-Fi was very poor we kept losing our connection and had difficulties using it. The sheets were so soft it was incredible. Didn't want to leave my bed in the morning ;)
Since our room was close to the elevator it was noisy.
The breakfast was ok.
The thing that stands out for me is great customer service! Not only exceptionally friendly, but after accidently booking the wrong night week reservation, was willing to cancel at no charge when it said online non-refundable.
The pool area is bright and airy, and excellent design for kids and family. Lounge area by pool was very nice and relaxing.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends in the area. Like all maritimers, the staff were very friendly. The only problem was that when we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied. Luckily we didnt walk in on someone but simply opened and closed the door. The front desk automatically upgraded us to a suite,... more
Hotel was exactly what we needed. Staff were friendly but did not seem particularly motivated to go beyond the minimum level of service to be helpful.
No hot breakfast. Good space for breakfast, plenty of room and tables. This I find is important. Pool was good for the Kids. Close to Hwy. Price OK. Employees friendly.
This hotel is good for one night stay. Easy to find, near the highway 2, spacious room, even with kids. The only thing that had really bother us was the breakfast. It is not a warm and good breakfast. Coffee not good, only cold things to eat, so bring your breakfast, or go eat somewere else. We stay the 21... more
Very convenient location south of Fredericton. Stayed on our trip to NS. 3-kids and 5-kids all slept very well in this clean and quiet hotel. Right on highway but did not hear the road at night. Convenient to all services and restaurants in Oromocto. Quick breakfast got us back on the road fast in the morning. May suggest optional hot... more
A great place to stop in for the night when driving through the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located between two exits of the TransCanada so getting off and on the road is easy. Stayed here with our dog and was pleased to find lots of green space to walk her after a long drive.
Exactly what we expected, nothing great, nothing bad. Good points - Clean comfortable rooms, quiet location, heated pool, breakfast included and bilingual friendly staff. Down side - breakfast was a bit of a free for all, but maybe that would have been different if we had got there 30 mins earlier, however it was adequate. No spa although it is... more
Room was larg and clean, but hotel has just one elevator, so gusts have to wait long time to use it. In the morning we put our big luggage in car and left few things in room to eat breakfast and back to room and then check out. When we came back to room at 10 am, it had been cleaned and our stuff was in garbage. I told housekeeping we hadn't checked out, and she said there wasn't any baggage in... more
This Day's Inn is old, beds extremely uncomfortable, furniture 80's vintage, room smelled musty. The bar closed at 9pm! On the plus side, staff was very nice and helpful.
After 9 hours of driving it was good to arrive at the Days Inn in Oromocto. We would only be staying one night before continuing our drive to Nova Scotia. Our reservation was confirmed by a helpful manager and we were soon comfortable in our room for the night. We enjoyed a nice continental breakfast in the morning and were soon on our way. Because the hotel was located just off the highway, it... more
I did not enjoy myself at "The Dog's Day Inn" at all. Adog every where I looked and was even chased by a huge one down the hall. Scared me and my grandson terribly. I have environmental issues, so had to be moved to a room where an animal had not previously been in. So therefore was sick during my stay. It was more like a dog kennel than a hotel for people. Also the young receptionist/manager... more
This hotel had very spacious rooms and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near the highway making it very convenient for travel.
Spent two nights but on one night the only elevator was out of service which meant we had to walk up to the fourth floor on a very very seevere knee injury. But otherwise it was great.
Pool is small and was cloudy. Breakfast is simple and no frills. Slow one elevator. Room was very clean and quiet - we slept very well.
I stayed here while I was traveling with my 11 month old daughter. When I booked, I asked for a crib and was told they would have one available. When I checked in I asked about the crib and the woman working at the desk told me it was already up in the room. When I got to the room there was no crib. I then went downstairs to inquire about the crib, and she gave me the run around about it. I... more
As a room, it was fine. As handicap accessible, it was lacking. When will they learn to install raised commodes and properly placed rails? And why not more showers and fewer tubs for those with mobility problems???
This hotel is right on the highway and a great location when you have a late start driving from Halifax to Quebec or Ontario. The hotel is becoming dated however, the floor creaks (in multiple locations) and you can hear every conversation in the hallway.
Days Inn was perfect. Clean and comfortable and on our way home. Breakfast was included and provided a nice start to our drive. Pool was nice to relax in at night. Jungle Jim's restaurant was a short drive away and good roadhouse food for the family.
Very satisfied and we would stay there again. Close to shopping facilities
-stayed after driving all day and the room was great and the bed was super comfortable ---breakfast in the morning was very good
This was our third or fourth stay with this hotel as we come for a family party every year and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive away. We did not take advantage of the facilities or the breakfast as we had somewhere else to go. The bed was so comfortable, we almost overslept on the day of our... more
This is a family friendly, easy going hotel to stay at. We never had problems even if we were a large group.
1st: no bugs but wasn't vacuumed adequately though I'm fussy. Stingy on soaps and towels. Sloppy on shower fixture wiping. Nevertheless, I WOULD/WILL STAY AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL.
I will never again go near their grill. I can do better eating a cold can of stew. I noticed two rooms bringing in 'takeouts'. They were smart. Maybe the grill should...

A very clean room, sparkling clean bathroom, real comfy bed, friendly staff, nice restaurant, and a lovely pool. For the price, I couldn't have received any better. Days Inn is my place to go to in Oromocto, N.B.
Stayed here for 11 nights leaving on sat may 31.staff at desk was nice, was able to check in early, loved the warm indoor pool. Room was nice and clean, coffee maker, fridge ,ac and cable. My wife and I stayed at the Days Inn Oromocto, NB for a weekend. We were actually impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Service was good. Not a lot of amenities, but what was available was good. The food in the restaurant were good and was reasonably priced
We did not appreciate our "non smoking" room smelling of stale smoke and deodorizer. The staff did move us to another room which was much better. Overall the hallway areas look ready for an update. The attached restaurant, as other reviewers noted, had few freshly prepared options. It would have been a better option to head back to Fredericton for... more
The room was clean and comfortable and far enough back from the highway that you didn't hear traffic noise. The continental breakfast was sufficient for travellers on the road. No, it's not a high-end hotel but, then again, it doesn't come with a high-end price tag. Unlike other reviewers, however, the Hobo's Grill food was unsatisfactory. Maybe because they didn't... more
Stayed here for 5 nights with a work function. The standard king size room was super comfy! Clean and well appointed. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool but I did eat at Hobo's each day. The food was great! (I recommend the nachos! Yummy) I will stay again, probably on my vacation this summer!
our stay at the Days Inn Oromocto was WONDERFUL We stayed in a suite

Stayed March 28/29/14 and were very impressed by the great service we received by staff who were very professional and friendly. Near CFB Gagetown, so convenient in that regard as my business was there. However not a place to bring a T/T Rig into. I could not come back if in a rig. The room was very clean and as you'd expect, comfortable for sleeping. But the area that held the continental breakfast was hard to find. They also closed it earlier than the posted time which was especially bad that day since we couldn't order room service as the hotel's restaurant was closed due to a storm the night before and insufficient... more
We make a stop at this hotel whenever we travel from the Maritimes to Quebec. First class for the price, clean, spacious, comfortable, bed feels perfect. Only one constructive comment: the breakfast (included) is not up to par with the competition. Supermarket-type of food. Would greatly enhance to offer home-made style baked goods, fresh or frozen juice, pankake or waffle... more
The Days Inn is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The rooms are large and clean and have everything you need. There is a small gym and pool and the hotel has free WiFi. I stayed at the Days Inn Oromocto for one night while traveling to Portland Maine. This is a very nice, newer location. The lobby is very spacious and welcoming. Lady at front desk wasn't overly friendly, but it was a quiet, stormy day and probably slow.

Very good experience, especially with very helpful dining room staff who went above and beyond for us. She provided me with a wet facecloth to wash my sticky hands from the jam, and went out of her way to see that we had a good experience.
Nice hotel with affordable pricing, comfortable room and bed. Excellent service. Very close to the Fredericton airport, about 5 minutes drive. We had to cancel our room from Montreal because of flights cancellation over Christmas, we called late at night to cancel and we didn't get charged for the room since it was weather related.
We recently stayed here with our two children for a basketball tournament. The rooms were nice, clean. Service was great, they even gave us a conference room for our boys to play mini sticks in after they had some great pool time. Only negative which is a pretty big negative, HARD BEDS !!! Our room was clean, but had a fowl smell... We slept with the window open ! However, I visited other rooms from our volleyball team and their room was fine ! I guess we were the unfortunate ones.
I recently spent 3 nights at the Days Inn Oromocto for business. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel welcome. We had an excellent two night stay, we came in late on Friday and the room was kept for us. Been to many Hotels. This one is up there with them
We pulled into this Days Inn late on a Saturday night after two long days of driving. Only a few hours from home, it was worth a night's lodging to stay safe. The desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the morning breakfast had a nice assortment of options, and the price was reasonable. Clean rooms and safe parking.
We stayed overnight coming back from PEI. It was getting late and lots of moose crossing in NB so we were happy to stop at that hotel. Not disappointed. Great value, comfortable bed, quiet place, clean, breakfast is good, the staff is attentive. All the Days Inn we stayed so far have been great.
We attended a wedding near this hotel, and reception was in Gagetown. The rooms were a good size, very clean and nice decor. The Days Inn was a great stay. The service was really friendly. They were friendly from check in to check out. We arrived late at night transiting from Halifax to Quebec City. The front desk clerk was clearly embarrassed by the rack rate for the only room left in the hotel (a suite). This chain is not one of our preferred hotel chains but we were tired from driving all day. We couldn't find any other accommodations nearby. From the outside it looked reasonable. We asked for a wake up call and never got it. We had a flight to catch and this could have caused us to miss it. When my husband complained the man at he desk said "yeah you are the second ones this morning". Although I am a dog lover I do not appreciate the smell of one lingering in... more
Nice clean hotel...room was very spacious and easy to move around in it. The king size bed was very comfortable also. Only compliant is that the walls are thin and your can hear everything.... can be quite noisy at times.
Best hotel in Oromocto. Little hard to get to get to off of highway. Busy weekend, lots of baseball players = noise!
I made a last minute major change to my reservation and the desk clerk just smiled and said no problem we will take care of that. Very pleasant atmosphere, extremely friendly staff. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Easy access from Trans-Canada Highway. It was an excellent start to a family vacation.
I have stayed at the Days Inn two other times in the past (and written one below-par review). A really nice place to stay! Had no problems with pets which was great since I have two dogs! The pool area is good but a changing area would have been nice. Overall this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in on my travels between Ontario and Newfoundland.
Once again we stayed at The Days Inn, Oromocto NB so we could pick our son up after his stay at Argonaut, CFB Gagetown. It is a convenient place to stay, close to the base. The facility was clean and equipped with most necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. New room was provided immediately due to a broken toilet, and a TV problem was taken care of asap.
We were very pleased with our stay at this location. Everything about it was first rate and we would certainly stay there again.
The Days Inn was a good hotel to stay. For us it was near family we were visiting. We were also looking for a hotel that was pet friendly and that had a pool for our daughter to have something to do. Overall it was great. It was quiet and clean.
When your visditng your loveones on CFB Gagetown and we can find this place close to them, we can't ask for something better. Thanks for this to all of make possible to be as close as possible to the noble people on the ARMY.
