It was an easy walk to,Old Town and the old port. Getting to and from the hotel was easy but not convenient due to lack of a shuttle. The room was comfortable but needed some minor repairs. It was clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in several languages.

Noisy

The room was not that clean and the staff was friendly to a point but the walls are thin, a party kept me up all night being really loud and the staff did not stop them.

We wondered if the location may be in a sketchy area but ended up pleased with the location. In town for a parade a couple blocks away, the hotel was near everything we wanted to do. Very nice staff and good cleanliness standards made us very comfortable. The price was excellent at $78 a night for the quality of the hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We asked for two beds they have us a room with one bed and brought up a cot with no bedding There was vomit on the wall outside our room. The carpet were dirt with garbage and beer caps . The staff was rude and just didn't car. They have no parking but charge $23 a day and we have to park off site. Never stay at a Days inn again

Felt like a dorm

Location was great but wouldn't stay again. It was a Saturday night and it felt like I was in a dorm. Kids running up and down hall until 4am on my floor and the one above. Think I made about four noise complaints. Staff we're decent and maybe it just happened to be a noisy evening - but man oh man I was mad at those kids and angry staff couldn't get them under control

Great hotel downtown Montreal

In a central position, this hotel is just fine. The staff is nice and helpful, our room was confortable and clean. The hotel has a garage just round the corner, with a limited number of space (not included in the room rate); however there is another garage available in just a couple of minutes walking.

Poor value

Best thing I can say is the bed sheets are clean. Otherwise everything is dirty. The shower shows mold, and the room smells. Even though the carpets are dark you can see the stains.Location is fine. If this is your deciding factor then go for it, otherwise I would advice another hotel.

We stayed here during the Just For Laughs comedy festival. It is modern and the location is terrific. The rooms were clean, we had one suite and one regular room with two double beds. Room was booked for a group by a travel agent and the room that I stayed was too small, no space even to keep the baggage nor to move around; the bath tub was choked and the flush knob broken. Not a great property by any means, but if you're interested in no frills lodging within the Wyndham group in a convenient location this fits the bill. We had 2 Queen size bed room. It was clean and nice but ver compact. Location is excellent, near to old Montreal. If you are travelling most of the time in a day, then its a good choice. It's a ok hotel

Great good location. Close to downtown and Chinatown.
Staff were not very friendly. No parking, since their lot was full and have to did my own, which was a hassle since I was new to the area. Rooms are good, but little smaller than usual. Washrooms was neat and clean.

This hotel is in a great spot! Very close to old Montreal and St. Catherine street. Great service too. You have to pay for parking but at $20 a day it's the going rate and near by. The room itself was dated but spotless. The bed was very comfortable too. I will be staying there again.

Nothing to say, room was clean, cofee and tea provide everyday.

This hotel is right on the express bus route from the airport with stops right outside, other city busses pass by too. Approx 10 min walk to Metro and Chinatown couple of blocks away. Rooms are nice and staff helpful .

This hotel was in a great location. Just a block from all kinds of action and not to far from the Central Station. The old Montreal might be a little far but there are plenty of taxis and an excellente subway system.

The hotel was under renovation. They never gave us adjacent rooms and gave a room on the floor which was being refurbished. We were there for a short period of time, however, the room was too small for 4 people. There were never enough towels for four people, as we had reserved. The carpets were dirty/dingy. Excellent Location, everything was close by.The staff is really friendly.At the begining we had a bad experience but they fixed it right away. The hotel was clean and comfortable but it is no 5 star. But a good price and location, I would book again because of the decent price, right next to saint catherine street and the restaurant in the hotel was actually pretty good.

A pretty seedy hotel. The staff was fairly nice and the rooms were small but fine. The hotel corridors were darkly lit and ripe for a movie plot. I stayed for four nights and into the weekend and had to listen to people slamming doors outside and people having sex in the room next to me on the last day. Walking distance to Old Montreal, the downtown arts and jazz festival areas, and the gay village. We were on the top floor (8th floor) and it looked like there had been some roof leak damage, the air was musty and the bathroom door metal casing was rusty in places. Otherwise, clean and convenient.

I write this review while I am still at Days Inn, Montreal. So that means the wireless internet service works fine. The rooms are OK for the price.

“We woke up the next morning to a smashed car window in the parking lot designated by the hotel. There was another guest whose car was broken into as well. Bad experience

I decided to rent a hotel for my sister-in-law's birthday. Little did I know that it was going to be a nightmare. When we checked it everything was smooth, as soon as we got in the room it went downhill. Firstly, the toilet would not flush, the bath would not drain and the air conditioning was not functioning (mind you this was a very hot day). “The 3 star rating is totally bogus - I would say this hotel might be a 2 star. The bathroom was clean, but the carpets suspect. They have taken out the light bulbs in the hall lamps, using 1 instead of 2 and the place feels like a dungeon. Lighting was also inadequate in the rooms as well.
