An okay stay

Stayed two nights. Bed was super comfortable and lots of pillows. Had all I needed.

quiet and comfortable

we only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The beds were incredibly comfortable with four large pillows on each bed!!! Highly recommended.

good accommodations, excellent price

I arrived and my online booking was processed, check-in was a breeze and I had my feet up within 10 minutes of arrival. On the whole: staff was courteous and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. I ask no more of any hotel. For the internet deal ($70), you just can't beat the price and quality!

Overall Good.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean albeit a bit dated. Comfy bed and pillow and lots of room. The breakfast was limited but who can complain too much about complementary. For the price it met my expectations and I would return.

Our room had a door directly on the parking lot, so there was a lot of noise from people passing our room. We found the room too small for the four of us. The bathroom was definately too small for comfort. The room was very hot even though we had the air conditioner on.

Lady behind the desk was very pleasant and the pool area was nice and clean. However, there was a fire alarm that went off twice in the middle of the night that woke us up. Easy access from highway, lovely courtyard.

Days Inn Kelowna was very quiet considering the proximity to a busy arterial! We greatly appreciated the courtyard area where we could join friends for a visit outside the room. My only concern was the small size of the shower, which isn't something that can be changed, given the space. Thank you for a very nice stay!

We were only there overnight for a conference and on a tight budget. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Overnight stay, bedroom and living room, would just choose the bedroom next time as the bedroom in the suite was small. Bathroom was small but OK for me. On a main road might not be pleasant for a longer stay.

The hotel was awesome for the 2 nights we stayed.

So we stayed for 2 nights got an awesome deal! We also got free breakfast for both days included. The room was awesome very clean with microwave,fridge. We stayed at room 250 2nd floor it was very quite and lots of parking at the back. The down side to it was we had a couple of phone calls from the other guests thinking that we were the front desk.

If you stay 2 or more nights don't leave anything in the room, cleaner as will clean you out. Asked for it back and they said that they would look into it and haven't heard anything back from them

The hotel was OK. Nothing special it probably needs a good renovation. There was water stains on the ceiling and a very strange smell in the room. Plus the housekeeper didn't clean our room during our stay the bins were not emptied and towels changed!!

Stayed here to visit a friend nearby in a Seniors Residence. Adequate for our needs, the breakfast was sufficient with good variety. Room clean with fridge & micro wave - all we needed.
Highway workers stayed also so a bit noisy early mornings as they fired up their big trucks, but that is only temporary, I'm sure.

Room basic

The room is very average but when you are travelling with a pet you take what you can get. Front desk staff was very much friendlier then the first time we stayed here. Continental breakfast was good. We will be back.

Close to the airport and to Orchard Park mall. Clean quiet on the main highway (97) . Included breakfast was nothing fancy (toast, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, hot and cold cereals as well as tea, coffee and juice) but was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

OMG were the beds and pillows ever comfortable. We all felt like we were at home. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the A/C worked well. We definitely recommend. Breakfast was nothing exciting. They ran out of plates and tables didn't look like they'd been wiped. Hotel is close to UBCO.

We were at the hotel for only one night. It is very basic, clean, quiet and met our needs.
The only thing that bothered me was the odor from their cleaning solution. I did send the company a note about this.
There is a continental breakfast provided which was very adequate. The receptionist was very helpful, registration quick.

Hotel was not great and not bad, just OK. It was for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day. Half of the room had been remodeled and was nice and then it seems as if they just stopped. Would have given one more star if they had finished the room update. Hotel is close to airport and was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Bad nights sleep

The bed was like a rock I had to put a blanket on the matress. My husband just had to suffer. The hallway was so hot it made the room unbearablly hot.Constant noise from [maybe the pipes?] All in all We will nevder stay there again.

Just what we needed.

Entering a nice clean bedroom, cooled in advance by efficient a/c on a hot summer day made for a nice welcome. Extra large bathroom with a second sink was an added plus. Computer in the lobby was very convenient for catching up on our e-mail. A welcome change from the usual mould- and curry- smelling establishments this traveller occasionally stumbles into!

I recently stayed here during a business trip; the rooms were simple and clean, free cable television, and best of all- the hot tub was open until 11pm.
