Stayed two nights. Bed was super comfortable and lots of pillows. Had all I needed.
we only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The beds were incredibly comfortable with four large pillows on each bed!!! Highly recommended.
I arrived and my online booking was processed, check-in was a breeze and I had my feet up within 10 minutes of arrival. On the whole: staff was courteous and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. I ask no more of any hotel. For the internet deal ($70), you just can't beat the price and quality!
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean albeit a bit dated. Comfy bed and pillow and lots of room. The breakfast was limited but who can complain too much about complementary. For the price it met my expectations and I would return.
It wasn't a horrible place, I would go there again. The breakfast was weak lol.
Break fast menu was minimum and the food ran out short. Staff was not willing to co operate for the any thing alternate. Not great experience as compared previous days inn hotel In Alberta.
clean, would probably stay here again. Has an outdoor pool and the breakfast was ok.
the washroom is not ventilated well and the towels are wet and smell.
nice staffs, clean room, quiet, fast internet, good breakfast, good location.
Our room had a door directly on the parking lot, so there was a lot of noise from people passing our room. We also heard a lot of noise from neighboring rooms (including someone who ran their hairdryer at 3:30 am, then banged their suitcase down the stairs and rolled it noisily to their diesel truck which was parked right outside our door). Included breakfast was disappointing - nothing to get... more
I didn't expect it to be this comfortable but it was, it was clean as well. I didn't like the fact that u had to purchase a toothbrush and toothpaste if u forget to get some. It was an overall good experience
very comfortable....very clean....and n a good neghborhood.... more
Hard to rate as we only stayed 1 night as we were just there so we could get to hospital for day surgery.
run down - does not measure up. Trust me. Mold issues
We found the room too small for the four of us. The bathroom was definately too small for comfort. The room was very hot even though we had the air conditioner on.
Lady behind the desk was very pleasant and the pool area was nice and clean. However, there was a fire alarm that went off twice in the middle of the night that woke us up. People going in and out of their cars all night that I could hear clear as day through the walls, and the rooms above us woke up @ 6:00am and stomped around for an hour. Ended up sleeping past the continental breakfast which... more
Days Inn Kelowna was very quiet considering the proximity to a busy arterial! We greatly appreciated the courtyard area where we could join friends for a visit outside the room. My only concern was the small size of the shower, which isn't something that can be changed, given the space. Thank you for a very nice stay!
We were only there overnight for a conference and on a tight budget. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Overnight stay, bedroom and living room, would just choose the bedroom next time as the bedroom in the suite was small. Bathroom was small but OK for me. On a main road might not be pleasant for a longer stay.
Bedroom and living area excellent and modern Bathroom definitely next stage on the upgrade list Overall very good
Towels, sink stopper, missing. Check in and check out was way too long. Advertised as pet friendly but no green space for pets.
Stayed here for a wedding. Spent some down-time doing work and enjoyed the pancake-machine at breakfast.
A very pleasant stay. The "suite" was indeed a suite - livingroom, bedroom and bathroom.
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and very convenient. Pool and hot tub nice. Pretty courtyard .
So we stayed for 2 nights got an awesome deal! We also got free breakfast for both days included. The room was awesome very clean with microwave, fridge. We stayed at room 250 2nd floor it was very quite and lots of parking at the back. The down side to it was we had a couple of phone calls from the other guests thinking that we were the front desk.
If you stay 2 or more nights don't leave anything in the room, cleaner as will clean you out. Asked for it back and they said that they would look into it and haven't heard anything back from them
Some dunken guys made so much noise over the night.
Arrival area tight. pull in by lobby for trucks as there is no check in parking area, you need to find parking and walk back to the lobby door. The check in was good, hall walls by elevator badly marked up and baseboard heater covers all popped off because of the luggage carts. Hotel looked very clean and renovated. Bed was awful sagged in the middle as though it had been jumped on, toilet ran... more
The hotel was OK. Nothing special it probably needs a good renovation. There was water stains on the ceiling and a very strange smell in the room. Plus the housekeeper didn't clean our room during our stay the bins were not emptied and towels changed!!
We were at the hotel over the weekend for the BCCFA tournament and a lot of families we knew booked there too which was great as the kids played in the pool the entire time.
Customer service was alright nothing to complain about the staff there however I did have two problems when we checked in. I had previously booked through days inn middle of March and couple days later called back to make...

Stayed here to visit a friend nearby in a Seniors Residence. Adequate for our needs, the breakfast was sufficient with good variety. Room clean with fridge & micro wave - all we needed.
Highway workers stayed also so a bit noisy early mornings as they fired up their big trucks, but that is only temporary, I'm sure.
The room is very average but when you are travelling with a pet you take what you can get. Front desk staff was very much friendlier then the first time we stayed here. Continental breakfast was good. We will be back.
We chose this hotel for its price. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were great. The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast area was large and offered all the cold food choices along with hard boiled eggs and pancakes. There was enough room to park our large truck and trailer. There were a few eating places within immediate walking... more
The hotel appears to have undergone renovations recently which is awesome! The beds, paint, carpet, are all very nice and modern. However, the bathrooms sadly were missed in the renovation and they are pretty awful. The cleanliness is fine, but the rusty, stained grout in the shower, and hideous dusty greyish teal tile floor (and matching ugly counter) leaves a... more
Close to the airport and to Orchard Park mall. Clean quiet on the main highway (97) . Included breakfast was nothing fancy (toast, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, hot and cold cereals as well as tea, coffee and juice) but was decent. I would definitely stay here again.
For the money a BARGAIN!!! BONUS >>>continental breakfast. Great pancakes! Great location close to everything> AIRPORT >>ORCHARD PARK Shopping Centre. RECOMMENDED
2nd floor is refurbished and is best.
Quick overnight stay to pick up guests at the airport. Cheap room and comfortable. Not crazy about access from parking lot being separate from lobby; didn't feel very secure. Overall a good deal, though.
Price seems to be my first decision and ultimately the deciding factor for many. My overnight stay with reasonable shuttle rate to airport (arriving early at Days Inn and to airport). Knowledgeable professional 24 hr. front desk staff. Looked to be a new Inn or recently renovated. Lobby was inviting. Room was large with 2 queen beds. Clean, quiet, fluffy... more
Just spent a night....Had a double bed room....room was very clean, beds were super comfy..check in & out was fast and curtious..Had a great sleep.. your basic breakfast which was good..will book again ....great stay
Stayed here for a few night while on business in Kelowna. Had a room with a small kitchenette. Room was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Also had pull out sofa. Did not have chance to try breakfast. Would stay again when not working and bring my dog as they are pet friendly.
I have stayed here before and find it a comfortable, clean motel. Check-in and out is a bit slow because the staff have to multi-task but it is no big deal. Painting and upgrading is happening. My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows which made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had good... more
I booked this hotel a couple days before arriving. Only needed one night and after searching all the hotels in Kelowna, this one seemed to look okay and the price was very affordable.
When arriving at the hotel at around 4:00 PM there was nobody at the front desk. There was a piece of paper on the front desk that...

Went here as part of a ball team. Check in was quick, even though they were down a computer.
Rooms were ok, roomy, mine had two closets. Flat screen tv and a bar fridge. Bathrooms needed some attention, the grout was peeling and needed a good cleaning. The morning breakfast was ok. Consisted of breads, cereal, juices and pancakes. I...

Stayed for two evenings and enjoyed our stay. Had one of the suites and it seemed a little disjointed in its layout. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but no bathtub just a shower. This motel is easy to find on the highway just outside Kelowna, so it’s good for an overnight stop. We had a large comfortable room with a small ensuite. The motel is very quiet with no traffic noise. The complimentary breakfast was perfectly adequate. There’s an outside pool of a reasonable size, and – when we stayed in mid September... more
Had a couple of enjoyable nights here. The location is rather annoying if you need to turn left to get out. You have to either detour a bit or turn around on a side street. The grounds are really nice. The only downfall is the lack of green space if you are travelling with a pet. It is pretty much... more
This hotel is in a very bad location. You can only turn right out of the parking lot. And have to go many blocks out of the way depending on which direction you are heading. Very nice stay. Comfortable beds and linens and a clean room. The pool was fantastic ! clean and refreshing. Not too busy which was nice. We ended up staying two extra nights here on top of our already booked two nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff too.

OMG were the beds and pillows ever comfortable. We all felt like we were at home. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the A/C worked well. We definitely recommend. Breakfast was nothing exciting. They ran out of plates and tables didn't look like they'd been wiped. Hotel is close to UBCO.
average motel. Rooms are small and have minimal amenities. I was travelling with 2 dogs so pet friendly was needed. In other pet friendly places I have stayed when they assign a pet friendly room they provide doggie bags sometimes a mat that you can use as an area to feed your pets but they had nothing in the way... more
Old and dated. Hair in the tub and on the floor. Booger on the toilet paper holder. Lumpy pillows and lumpy bed.

Disgusting!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The carpets were so dirty we didn't take off our shoes, The bed sagged so bad we kept rolling into each other all night and I woke with a tremendous back ache. The room stunk, was mouldy and looked like it hadn't been decorated since the 1970's

Everything was OK until the day we checked out, when we left the hotel only to discover 5 minutes later that we left behind an iPad in the room. Outside entrances so you can keep a watchful eye/ear on your car full of summer road trip stuffs. Outside pool full of kiddos, coke machine, comfy cozy beds with fridge/mic in room and shower heads high enough that you don't bash your head while you're taking a shower.
We stayed at the Days Inn just outside Kelowna during a road trip in the Canadian Rockies and its surrounding areas. Great motel style accom in very convenient & easy to find location. Stayed only one night whilst travelling from Vancouver to Golden. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. TV/microwave/fridge/percolator. Breakfast was cereal/bagels/muffins. Basic but all you need really for a day of travelling. Overall good cheap hotel for a stay over between locations.
After being out of our room for 8 hours enjoying the sights of Kelowna, we returned to find our room had not been made up. Motel style accommodation in a convenient location. Clean and comfortable, room with 2 queen beds was a bit small but fine for our 2night stay. The hotel was close to everything and was a very good price. I would stay there again. The hotel had a breakfast but I had to leave by 6am and didn't get to try it. The room was clean and the price was a good deal.
Stayed overnight with our two dogs. Room was small but clean and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Didn't get a chance to try the continental breakfast, unfortunately. We would totally stay here again. The location was convenient to many restaurants and stores.
The hotel was central to the city and easy to find. Staff were friendly. Room was extremely cold but we turned on the wall heater and left for a short time and room was comfy when we returned. Otherwise it was a short stay beds were comfy... more
We were at the hotel for only one night. It is very basic, clean, quiet and met our needs.
The only thing that bothered me was the odor from their cleaning solution. I did send the company a note about this.

I was positive surprised with the quality of this hotel and the perfect conditions of the facility in general.
We stayed over one night on our way to Mexico. We had an excellent sleep in a comfy bed with fairly recent renovations and then was taken by the shuttle to the airport in the early morning. I'm disillusioned at why people would give this place 4 stars, seriously. The carpet in my room looked like it was well travelled by people with pets.
Your right, one shouldn't complain when paying just over $90 a night, it's no Westin, Fairmont or even a Delta Hotel so it shouldn't aspire to be one. What I do think makes up for a basic property is service and cleanliness and they get one star...

The first thing I needed to do was check email. The wireless system was frustrating as it continually cut the connection if you left your computer for even 1 minute. Won't go there again, didn't even get the four thirty wake-up call as promised! They had no regular in room coffee - a necessity at the time of morning. You can do a lot better than this.
The pictures on-line absolutely do not reflect the true and OLD hotel. We stayed one night at this hotel and could not wait until morning since the strong smell of old carpet or maybe old couches made it impossible to sleep. We had to open the window and since the room was on the main level every walking by person would wake us up because the walkway was right along the windows. Everything... more

Hotel was not great and not bad, just OK. It was for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day. Half of the room had been remodeled and was nice and then it seems as if they just stopped. Would have given one more star if they had finished the room update. Hotel is close to airport and was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
The bed was like a rock I had to put a blanket on the matress. My husband just had to suffer. The hallway was so hot it made the room unbearablly hot.Constant noise from [maybe the pipes?] All in all We will nevder stay there again.
Entering a nice clean bedroom, cooled in advance by efficient a/c on a hot summer day made for a nice welcome. Extra large bathroom with a second sink was an added plus. Computer in the lobby was very convenient for catching up on our e-mail. A welcome change from the usual mould- and curry- smelling establishments this traveller occasionally stumbles into!
I recently stayed here during a business trip; the rooms were simple and clean, free cable television, and best of all- the hot tub was open until 11pm.
The lobby staff was friendly, though when we needed access to an Ethernet plug-in they were reluctant to help us out, (we ended up having to drive over to a different hotel where they let us use their Ethernet plug-in [free of charge).
