Danny was incredibly helpful when my Dirt Devil needed repair. He took it on the spot and fixed it while I waited. He didn't even charge me, but told me that my vacuum was pretty low quality (which I knew already) and that he could help me pick out another one and trade mine in when I was ready. Without question I will be back at Danny's next time I need anything vacuum related!
UPDATE
The brush head of my 1 year old Panasonic died one day while cleaning - apparently it sucked up a bit of a carpet that was under a bed and burned out (not the fault of the machine).
I went there at 4:20 pm on a Saturday (they close at 5). The guy fixed it for $20 and I picked it up 30 minutes later.

The man knows vacuums. I have a very old Dirt Devil - Danny cleaned up the rug attachment really well. I casually mentioned to a friend that I'd taken my vacuum there to be repaired and received an unsolicited ringing endorsement.
