Staff need to learn to smile

My husband and I go to DQ about once a month for a blizzard. Each time we go...the staff are miserable. They don't even smile when they ask to take your order. Being a bunch of kids, they are more interested in whats going on in their teenage lives then giving great customer service.

April 18, 2014You cannot beat the dq in Napanee, great ice cream cones and drive thru easy for busy moms. The take out is great value and fun ideas for family picnics. Play room is great for children.

This Dairy Queen is inconsistent.
You can order the same thing and it different every time.
This is not the best Dairy Queen for quality.
They usually have young people making the items.
