Hard to get attention

We ate at this restaurant last night. We used to live in Ottawa and are back for a visit. We had a nice table outside. It become evident at the start that if you were not a regular you did not get the attention that a customer deserves. It Is great that the regulars get attention but new visitors also... more

Comfortable

I have read other reviews of this place and they refer to it as dated. I thought it was comfortable. We were served by an older gentleman in a suit. Good Food

We had a coupon for buy one get one free! The chicken parm with alfredo pasta is delicious! The décor is outdated but the service was friendly. We would return if we had another coupon, the menu is a bit overpriced. Overall enjoyable experience!

Had better

Not a great experience........................................the decor is very old with Italian men walking around with unpleasant looks on there face.

My family and I have been going here for years and the food and service are always top rate. On this particular occasion were were celebrating Mother's Day. We were checking out the menus down Preston on our first visit to Ottawa and decided to go to Da Sergio only because the other restaurant we had in mind had a line up. Big mistake. Lovely Restaurant

This is one of my favourite restaurants to visit in Ottawa. I've never had a bad meal, the food is always fresh and the staff are always very helpful! I try to go every time I'm in the city.
