Gabriel and his family always make you feel welcome. Excellent Roti and Curry Dinners big enough for two people.

First time Caribbean Meal for a South Asian

I heard about this place my co workers and gave a try last week.
First of all great service, great people, portion size was great ( ordered large chicken roti).

Each and every time I stop here, I have a GREAT meal!
It's hot, it's spicy, it's fresh. If you ask for hot, you get HOT. Expect clear sinuses and have a drink handy!
I don't like coleslaw, except from here! The roti's are to die for! The jerk dinner is amazing.
Call ahead and place your order. It's NORMAL...

Truly Caribbean
February 12, 2014I stopped here for lunch, and was very surprised to see how busy this little shop was. I ordered a large Roti and was very impressed with the size, service, and quality. The taste was truly Caribbean, and I will definitely be retuning for more of this great food.

Really is the best roti I've had in Canada.
We got ours to go - chicken roti (medium heat) and goat roti (hot heat). This is the real deal - spicy and absolutely delicious. We ordered large and had some the next day as leftovers.
It's nothing fancy inside (very clean) and they don't sell booze. We will be back.

Roti Away from Home
August 17, 2013Being selective about buying roti and other diaspora Caribbean food randomly, this spot was recommended on a short visit to Canada. Small Shop Big Flavour
February 18, 2013This was our first time trying Caribbean food after a recommendation to try D Hot - and we truly enjoyed it! We had a chicken roti and a goat curry. Both dishes were well seasoned and plentiful. Overall, we were impressed and will definitely go back to try some more new dishes.

February 17, 2013Love this place. The dhal phourrie is amazing. The palourie is delicious. Service is warm and inviting. I can handle Guyanese hot sauce, but for these dishes, Medium is the perfect hotness. Wish they had a few more Vegetarian options though. So glad they are in Burlington.
