Rapid registration, polite and professional. Attractive decor, appears to have been recently done. Handy to universities as well as touristy St. Jacobs. Bistro provided quick turnaround refreshment.

Arrived Toronto airport, going to Niagara, St Jacobs Marriott was a lucky find!! Close (by car) to all we wanted to see. Easy to find. Walking distance to amazing farmers market (FRIDAY & SATURDAY) and okay retail outlet.

Nicely renovated located in Mennonite country

We used to stay at this hotel when it was a Best Western a number of years ago. It has been renovated and modernized quite nicely. We had to use the pull out couch which wasn't all that comfortable and much to our surprise, the room only had a shower. The main bed was excellent and the heating/cooling system was quiet.

We stayed for one night on a Saturday. Room 120 had no screens on the windows, bugs in the room and to top it off our room door remained open as someone left it unattended with the dead bolt only. Nothing was stolen, but this is not acceptable. When asked by reception what they could do, I said nothing. Use the money you ripped me off on and fix your windows.

The service here was the absolute best I've ever experienced. We had trouble with our aeroplan points and the staff was incredibly helpful. Very friendly, VERY accommodating. Gave us a print for directions to a great restaurant. Nice room, very quiet. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs, great coffee.
