“Excellent location, excellent service

We were originally given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but when we brought it to their attention the manager personally showed us different rooms to choose from. The staff, which is surprisingly all very young, is enthusiastic, friendly and really helpful. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located - right outside the old city wall and within walking distance to the old city, restaurants and shops. A slice of Europe. Quebec City is a very friendly city. Loved it.

Staff was pleasant and friendly without being overbearing or intrusive. The hotel was very clean and seemed almost new inside the lobby, elevator, room and even the exercise area. The hotel is situated right near the gates of Old Quebec. There was even a skating rink right across the street that you can rent skates at.
As soon as we walked into the hotel the staff were very helpful and once they noticed we did not speak French they spoke English to us right away. They got our names and in a very short time they had our room info and keys ready for us.
