Although lacking a pool, the hotel excels in the quality of their existing amenities. Everything is clean and up-to-date. Service is great!

Comfortable stay but hidden cost was an irritant.

The hotel room was good and had everything we expected. The irritant was that the hotel room was advertised at CAD 100 per day but when we reached there late at night we were informed that the room cost did not include parking. Comfortable and convenient!

This hotel was very convenient for events I attended at the Shaw Convention Centre (next door) and other downtown hotels. It's walking distance to a shopping mall, restaurants, and a nice grocery store. The hotel is located on the east end of the safer part of Jasper ave. Venture a block farther east and the area screams of sketchiness. The hotel offers Valet parking (underground) at $22 a night. My wife and I stay here quite often on our visits into Edmonton. The rooms are clean and well made up. The free wifi is a bonus and the restaurant and lounge is quite good as well. The restaurant (bistro) with patio was Terrible. Just because you have a nice patio is no excuse for a hostess who practically challenged our right to set foot on her domain, then sat us at a table without a menu or any word to a server for 15 minutes.
