Great food & Great service
I was very impressed by the food and service with Country Catering for our wedding. I can't stop talking about the salmon, it was delicious! The vegetables were so colorful and fresh and everything was very tasty. The service was great, everything flowed very well. We had many compliments on the food. The prices were awesome too :) I would hire them again!

The food and service at our wedding was excellent. Considering the power outage everyone made it work out perfectly. Even when a few guest had to leave to get a generator there was food and friendly servers there when they came back hungry! I got endless comments on how good the food was. The workers were friendly and helpful. This is not the first time we have had an event served by country catering and it wont be the last. Great food Great prices Great service!!

They were on time, the food was excellant, everyone had plenty to eat, and I actually had guests comment on how good the service was. These people definitely went the extra mile. I had a guest who was in a wheelchair and did not trust the ramp we had rigged up, and so was forced to eat by himself on the lower level of our yard. He declined family members offers of company, saying he would feel guilty keeping them from the festivities. The servers went out of their way to make sure his every need was met, reassuring me that it was okay. If this situation was handled any differently it could have been a disaster. The buffet was ready when we were, the wine was corked and on the tables, the plates were cleared promptIy, and the cake was plated as soon as we were ready. We finished eating and started dancing and all the mess disappeared as if by magic. The whole evening flowed perfectly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and would definately recommend country catering to anyone who just wants to enjoy their day and not worry about it.
Very disappointed with the service
I would not recommend this caterer. The buffet was set up on time but the staff was pretty incompetent, not putting bottles on every table and not dressed professionally. They only had the food out for an hour max, then took it away and threw it out! Then they left without telling me and didn't come back for their equipment. My phone calls were unanswered. The groom and guests didn't even get to finish their meals before their plates were taken away. Everyone wanted seconds (the food tasted good, at least) but they gave us no time for that. I was not impressed.
