Really Rude waitress
went there with a friend, we ordered two dishes, and the waitress seemed a little annoyed that we ordered so little (how much can two ppl eat. really?). at the end of the ordering, she said "That's it?" with a bad tone, and then made a face. it was like we were wasting her time. I guess she knew she is not gonna get much tip from just two orders.

How much tips do u guys pay when u go to a restaurant like Congee Wong?i paid 15% tips (i think this is the standard for average restaurants) and the waitress there had the guts to stop me on my way out and asked me for more. for those of u who have never been there, Congee Wong is NOT a high-end restaurant. the atmosphere there is NOT that great. the waitresses do NOT have nice attitude. and... more

Always delicious, fast service and great prices
August 14, 2008I'm always happy with the Promenade location. Their staff are attentive to you when you need them. It's true that they will have peak periods, where you will need to wait for a table (such as weekend mornings). But their restaurant is fairly large and close to the mall so it's easy to pass the waiting time by.

February 19, 2008much better service at this location than at Finch / Leslie. i think we always go here when it's not busy so the service is pretty attentive for a chinese restaurant [ sorry, but indepedent chinese places are not always the most service oriented ethnic group ]
