Location was close to business. Room was clean and comfy - though not spacious. Bathroom was spacious. Not as noisy as I expected given the location and that was a pleasant surprise.

Elevator was incredibly slow. No instructions on how to regulate the heat - you have to figure it out for yourself. Bathroom had no electrical outlet and the floor was ice cold .

Great location and price. The staff is very friendly too.

the room is very clean. you can make tea or coffee at your room,due to prepared coffeemaker .Staff are very friendly and helpful.the internet is excellent.

The door of corridor is very noisy and specially on Saturday night ,we could not sleep well due to the loud sound of door closing .I think it is better to change the spring is used for closing door.the breakfast is very simple but not bad.

The price was right. It was close enough in to downtown that I was satisfied. A bit of a walk for other people.

The hotel hallways and stairways were not clean; lots of debris on the carpets. Sound travelled very easily from the hallway into the room and from the neighbouring room. Other guests were easily heard even late at night.

The window sill and the window glass were fully covered by pigeons dejections. We asked the staff to change the room or to have our window cleaned but no one of our requests were accepted. Staff was also not helpful at all. The breakfast room has only 4 tables, where the first-come-first-sit rule applies.

The location was good. Very close to everything. Able to walk.

They advertised they have parking when they do not. The main areas of
the building are not air conditioned. There is no elevator. The room we
stayed in was damaged. The floors were not level and slanted. Bathroom
floods because the shower slants away from the drain. There were poorly
plastered holes in the door, walls and ceiling.

Scuzzy, uninviting area of city with no parking anywhere nearby. No amenities in the area.
