Not up to any standards

I have stayed here 4 times so far in the past year and a half and i can honestly say the customer service here is horrible. Worst Hotel Ever

Fantastically dirty. There were cigarette burn holes on my comforter. Loud. Hallways had teenagers running up and down all night.
Breakfast is non-descript, sort of like sawdust fried in grease. Spend the extra and go to Vaughan instead.

Great place, great price

This place is clean, extremely well located close to everything and the breakfast is very decent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if visiting Wonderland. I even got lost on the way there and the nice front desk manager was very patient with me on the phone and gave me directions to find my way.

Easy access from 400 and 401. Housekeeping left something to be desired, but linens, towels and fixtures were clean. Breakfast room was tidy, however staff person spent 90% of her time talking on her cellphone via a headphone system. A few issues occurred during our stay. Even though we had pre-registered through Expedia there was a long check in process. Will not go there again

My stay was quite regrettable. All the main floor was dorminated by cigarette smell and unfortunately for a non-smoker, its very inconvenient. Very old bed sheets etc. The breakfast menue was very poor etc. With an additional $5, you could get an enjoyable next door at Holiday inn Express.

Disappointed

Hotel was old and not very clean. Definitely not up to the usual standards we expect from a Comfort Inn. We were led to believe there as a pool but there wasn't. When we inquired about the pool, we were told we could go use the one in the hotel next door. Originally we had booked for two nights but checked out the next day and went to the newly renovated Best Western Hotel next door.

The lobby bathroom was littered with paper towels. The hallways carpets were covered in stains.

I was disappointed, the hotel seemed 'shabby'. Two of four bulbs burnt out in the lamps, coffee pot dirty, tub drain very slow and plug broken. I have stayed here before and don't remember it being so neglected.

I stayed two nights and one the second day my key didn't work and I was placed in the very back so I had to walk all the way up front to get it fixed. And I had No Remote for the Tv for both days, and they never got me one when asked. They said they couldn't find one.

The hotal was very busy so my husband and were given a room on the second floor which was not convenient for as as my husband is ill and I had to help him up stairs. Was looking for a hotel close to the Humber Hospital and found this hotel as a great place. It is ver convenient and the only hotel in the vicinity with drive up room. It was easy for us to move in and out of the car.
