Booked this through hotel.com and cannot fault the place. Weekend stay for a wedding

We decided to try this Hotel for our stay in Hamilton for a wedding as we tried others in Hamilton not quite to our liking. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was clean and, for the price, the bed was the best so far in all our travels without paying a suite price. A must try!

Nice people, nice place!

Everything was great except the smokers congregating at our patio door.The road construction is brutal but that's the cities problem not the fault of the Comfort Inn.A designated smoking area away from the motel would be a good addition. The whole hotel just smells of smoking. They say it's no smoking but in my opinion the hotel smells. Some staff are happy to help but that only some!. Clean, newly renovated rooms. Stayed to run a marathon, and the staff had hot soup for the runners afterward. The location is not the most serene, very close to a busy road, but it was convenient.

Booked online with Hotels.com; booked two rooms both with King Beds. Got 1 room with a double, and 1 room 2 doubles. Not Comfort's fault as they never had them available to book that night, somehow Hotels.com / Expedia advertised them as such. Staff were helpful, did their best to appease us! We travelled here for a basketball tournament and would not recomend this hotel.
Rooms had a horrible smell and bedding seemed very worn down.
