Le personnel est très souriant et courtois. La situation géographique permet de parcourir une bonne partie de St-Jérôme à pied. Très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner complet, ce qui est rare lorsqu'inclus.

Hotel on top of rock.

If you have one person in front of you at check in it is equal to a crowd, slow service. No refrigerator's in rooms , you have to make your own eggs from scratch at free breakfast, coffee poor tasting . Front desk staff rude.

Close to highway

Was a standard chain motel experience. Close to highway and convenient location. Was not convenient for going into town to use bike trail.

Desapointed

Before booking the hotel room I called and asked if the pool was an inside or outside pool and the receptionist said it is an outside pool. But once we arrive to the hotel the person said that it is not a pool it is a spa… I would call it a bath tub. Extremely disappointing , since the outside pool was our priority!

The room was comfortable, but it had no overhead light. It had a nice couch to sit on, but you could not read the newspaper as it was too dark. And the portable lights in the room were difficult to move, to give light to the couch.

This hotel is getting old

Clean Interior and Comfortable

I stayed here 9 days for business. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There is a nice selections of restaurants around the hotel area to choose from. The staff was always friendly (even though I don't speak french) and helpful.
The only downfalls I noticed is for longer stays, there is no laundry facility at the hotel... plus

Family reunion

The hotel was well located in st Jerome close to numerous restaurants and easy access to highway. Staff was very helpful with all the request and the room was well taken cared off. Loved it and we will return. I recommend it to anyone. ☺️

I enjoyed my stay at the comport inn. the spa was very nice to go in to every night. the employee were approachable and bilingual it was easy for my husband to be able to talk english, because he didn't know french.

The friendly staff at the front desk go above and beyond to assist with anything from future reservations to very helpful and effective advice about dining and entertainment in the local area. Bad Experience

Room was dirty, mold on the floor near the tub. beds were uncomfortable. My car was broken into in the parking lot. the staff were not helpful or friendly.. Breakfast was average. They do offer complimentary movies to watch on your dvd player in your room. I would not stay here again.

Good and convenient accomodation

We stayed here before our P'tit Train du Nord bike trip. The service was good. The room was spacious and clean. High ceilings. The continental breakfast was OK - very typical, toast, cereal, yogurt, bananas, english muffins. I would stay here again.

Affordable comfort

I spent a weekend in the Saint-Jérôme - Saint-Sauveur area and was looking a hotel with a pool or spa, or both. The Comfort Inn Saint-Jérôme was close to the highway, affordable and a perfect solution. Check in, while early, was easy and pleasant. Our stay was pleasant as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights during our holiday around East Canada. We had 2 rooms, one accessible. The accessible room is good except that the shower has a step into it! The pool is a welcome addition although it would be beneficial if they made the way to it easier for wheelchair users. The free breakfast is a nice addition.... plus

Disappointing

The room was stuffy and smelled of disinfectant. The window crank was missing and the window could not be opened.
The towels were tiny and thin.
The choice of breakfast food was minimal. On my second day, the breakfast room ran out of food. We notified staff but after 20 minutes only a few items had been replenished.

Very nice room, perfect for bikers

We stayed here so we could bike Le Petit Du Nord. It worked perfectly. A very nice room, good breakfast, with the option of eggs and sausage not just cereals and breads. Not quite as good as I was hoping

The staff at this hotel are excellent. My complaints are more with how dated, old, and worn the room was. The beds had lumpy mattresses, the carpet had it's share of stains and the grout in the bathroom flooring was well cracked. It was clean enough, but worn. Nice hotel, good location

Stayed her for business Jan. 2012, like it a lot. Beds ar nice, internet works well, breakfast was the standard, service good. The rate is $103.49 with AARP, $121.28 with all taxes. Will stay here again.

Very nice stay

Nice hotel, well situated in the lower Laurentians; close, by car, to interesting restaurants and a Score rest. is right besides the hotel. Annie at the front desk is nice and very helpfull.

Bike friendly and convenient

We stayed here the night before our bike trip up the P'tite Train du Nord. The hotel was convenient, the breakfast was fine. We kept our bikes in the room for the night. The hotel is near lots of chain restaurants and is an easy drive to the start of the bike path.

We checked in to this splendid hotel on Christmas Day at 9:30 PM and were assigned to room 123. The reception clerk recognized my difficulty in speaking French, and he made us feel immediately at ease by conversing with us in flawless English. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Comfort in the Laurentides, north of Montreal

Relatively new (4yrs old) Comfort Inn off Highway (Autoroute) 15 in Saint Jerome north of Montreal. This is at the start of the Laurentides Region that reaches up to and beyond Mont Tremblant.
