Nice Clean Well Kept Hotel
September 18, 2011Very satisfied with staff, room amenities and cleaniness of hotel.Only suggestion would be: the week we booked was the end of one month and beginning of another. Not in a particularly pleasant location, being in the middle of a large trading estate. Looks quite discouraging from the outside. Noisy, poor service, over-priced
May 06, 2007Noisy location, over-priced, and when we had problems with the room they refused to honor their "100% satisfaction guarantee". The night clerk failed to answer the hotel phone so we received an emergency call from our family 2 hours too late.
