Very good

I spend two weeks at this hotel. My room was very clean and was on the front of the hotel so it was very calm. Don't take a room on the back of the hotel because the bus station is very noisy. I used the free wifi. The breakfast was better days after days. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Very bad location and realy dirty hotel

Good location near to the Metro Station.Good price and great breakfast.The room was nice, the only problem was the hot water on the tub, it was templated.

Very horrible place!

My family and I drove all the way to Montreal to have a good time. We decided to stay at the Comfort Hotel & Suites Downtown. Beware of the Night Crew

Absolute horror. He was rude and and told my daughter and her friend that they could not stay there because of improper ID. I had made the reservations over the phone and everything was in place. Long story short they get to their room and the key does not work after trying 3 keys. They move them to a new room and the bathroom was never cleaned . The hotel room was as described on the website. The room appeared clean, the bathroom was nice, the wireless internet was fast and easy to access, comfortable bed nice fatscreen tv. We were very happy here - very close to town restaurants etc and the reception staff very helpful. A courtesy bus takes you from the door to town to do the town bus tour then brings you back again. The only complaints would be that the on-site parking provided cost an extra $13.50 a day and not secure (it was free at our other Comfort Hotel stay).

Had an issue with documents at border was not able to get to the hotel called to inform them was told sorry no refund or credit. I understand if I was in the same country and chose not to go . However I wasn't able to even get to Canada. Need to return to NY. to fill out an additional document. I will be returning to Canada shortly but not to this Hotel.Buyer BEWARE

Excellent service...

Excellent location, near the heart of downtown. A lot of great places to eat, a lot everything is accessible by foot, or by cab which was real easy to get. The hotel was clean, the lobby was impressive, the staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Otherwise, top shelf place for the money.
