Comfort Hotel in Toronto ON is smoke free, offering free airport transportation and wireless high-speed Internet in all rooms. This hotel is near Royal Woodbine Golf Course and Westwood Arenas
Very bad service. We were waiting 1 hour to be picked up from the airport.
I did not expect Comfort Hotel to have such low standards. The walls of the room were so thin that i could hear the guests in the next room. When someone turns on the shower, it rattles right through the walls too as if someone was showering right in my bathroom. My toilet pipe was also dripping and making a whistling sound. Despite closing the door, and putting a towel below, I could still... more
Stay ok for one night, would not stay for any length of time
It worth the price, front desk service is OK, room facilities are OK. Room is clean, you will get a good view if you stay on high level 8 or 9.
Booked room for Daughter (17 years old) to stay in for 1 night with her girlfriend (who is 16 years old). They had a Humber college tour on Sat. Then the man at the front desk asked my daughter if they would be... more
Good value for the money, close to shopping, restaurants, race-track.............. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Used EXPEDIA to book, would NOT use them again. Trying to get a receipt for my stay was almost painful!
Nice staff, fridge and air conditioner in room, and cable tv. The building is taller than the surrounding ones so it has a nice view. Close to restaurants, supermarket and a mall.
Stayed for one nite everything was fine room was nice and clean.
7 nights stay was peaceful. not noisy. comfortable rooms
Good location and price. Easy access to downtown. Stay here and avoid high downtown prices.
Lots of parking. Staff friendly and room clean. Fast check out.
We arrived at Comfort Hotel and were greeted with a disgruntled employee who seemed to receive little to no training in customer service. Going up the rickitty elevator, we dreaded what came next. We saw splatters of an unknown substance on the door and hairs on folded, unused, "clean" towels. Needless to say, we couldn't wait to check-out.
My experience was awesome! The airport shuttle was very efficient. The hotel personel were very helfpful and friendly. My room was sooooo clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thanks
Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Nice view, shuttle to/from airport(I should have used) for my pick up lol
The hotel is showing signs of disrepair. One of the staff members is very rough in the hospitality aspect of his job and on another occasion as I was standing beside him waiting for an elevator he was talking to on other individual using very loud profanity in a conversation.
Staff has always been great with me. Have stayed here a dozen times. No major issues. Rooms are decent, nothing fancy. To bad there is no breakfast. Restaurant at hotel is expensive. However, there is a Tim Hortons less than a block away which is convenient. Good proximety to Highway 400 and Airport.
Stayed in this hotel for one night on the first Saturday in July 2014. Two reasons for staying in this hotel. The minor one is for the Woodbine Races and the other one is the major reason. It is an average hotel by all means. We got a room overlooking Sears, so nothing special to write there. The room, sheets are clean, with very little wiggle room. Hotel decor is very tired. First room we were given had a sticky side table as well as red dots splashed on wall. we got in so late we did not notice it until the next morning. The hotel was clean, comfartable and quiet considering there were a lot of guests staying there for Veld and Carabana. The only thing I did not like about it was no restaurants within walking distance. Only a Tim Hortons which is not open late. I thought they were open 24 hours but not this one. We have stayed at many Comfort Choice hotel hotels and never have we been this disappointed no Chairs or places to put your personnel items at the pool side. Very Tiny pillows and only 2. Smaller queen bed when I booked a king size bed. No continental breakfast - but you could pay for breakfast at the adjacent restaurant.
Noisy A/C system, noisy halls, Thin walls, Tiny pool, comfortable bed, good water pressure. close to Woodbine if you like horses
The staff were very helpful and efficient, we were able to get around to the attractions with there help. They are very professional.
Hotel was simple. Furniture was old. Price was very good so I didn't mind. They had a fridge and microwave in the room which was a pleasant surprise. They supplied the coffee and tea that I needed in the lobby. I found it comfortable and would recommend this to friends.
A basic hotel, but I'd definitely recommend it. Price/ value was very good. Great croissants at breakfast and great wings at the bar. Relatively quiet too even though it was booked almost solid. Also in a good location.
Staff were friendly, hotel was very quiet even with the planes flying so closely over head, pool was nice but in need of some work
Clean and nice rooms. If you like to hang out a hotel, probably not the spot for you, but for sleep only its great. 20 min from downtown, clean rooms, easy to get to.

Came in for a wedding one night. Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit old but were clean. Air conditioners were awesome, if you like really cold like I do. I'm sure they have milder settings too. A good value if you're looking for something not too expensive and isn't a dump either
Basic motel. Old and run down a bit. Good enough for overnight business stay.
The room was spacious. Hotel was Ok. Some rooms have Fridge and microwave but you have to ask for it. Maybe I would rank this hotel 2-2.5 stars.
Arriving later than most customers would, 10:00 pm, greeted enthusiastically by the front desk staff. Went down to the Pub for a bite to eat and even though it was so late, the waitress who looked after me, told me that she couldn't provide me with the full menu, but found me something to eat. She was great! Can't say enough about her customer service skills.
Room was very warm as air conditioning was not working.
Stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel quite good considering the very low room rate through Booking.com. Bathroom had 4... more
The taxi called took a long detour to cash more from us twice! The cleaners didn't return the forgotten magnifier mirror when we asked.
a very friendly hotel but it is very old. ice makes are on certain floors only. the dark curtains was such a good idea. we checked in very late and we could sleep longer b/c the dark curtains blocked the sunlight in the morning.
I came from Montreal late to toronto, i make a search then found this hotel reasonable. The rates on Expedia is better than if u book physically they asked 105$ but i i booked online 85$ Positive: parking, clean, wifi, coffee service in room Negative: no breakfast, waitress comes knocking door at 10 am!!!
We were picked up from the airport within the time frame that we were told we would be. The drive to the hotel was quick. The staff was friendly and check-in went flawlessly. I really had no problems or terrible experiences. My stay was uneventful, which is often the best you can hope for. My room was clean, the water in the shower was hot, and there was coffee available in my room. I never used the fitness center, so I can't really comment about the facilities. I was in Toronto by myself for a combination of business and high-school reunion. I drove, so parking was important.

If you're after a quick overnight before a flight and you don't need many amenities, this hotel could work. However, the place is basically worn out...rooms are noisy, beds uncomfortable and and space is limited. Free wifi and free parking softens the blow somewhat as well as a budget price, but overall I would give this hotel a miss.
I arrived there late evening, and I was tired at that time. Front desk staff was unfriendly and she didn't inform any hotel information. During check in she kept chatting with staff but did not tell me any information. I do not recommand this hotel.
This hotel is great if you want to park there and fly away. I asked the front desk where do I park? There is more parking in the commercial lot behind the hotel. Great!
