A little gem, in an unlikely place! Our new favorite stop-over hotel

Surprisingly nice

Trading on Coast Name
April 06, 2014I find Coast Hotels hit or miss. Sometimes they give a luxury experience and sometimes they're just average...this one is in the average group. From lobby to room cleanliness all just average. So if it's just a bed you need this place is as good as any.

Disappointing. Poor breakfast. Coast have gone downhill

Pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable enough to ruin your sleep.
Tea, coffee and orange juice. Cold croissants (and a microwave to ruin them in), muffins, small cakes and errr... that's it.
In my book, Continental breakfast should at least include toast and cereals. Not here.
Bedrooms not bad, but changing light bulbs seems to be beyond them.

I stayed at the CHA for business. It is in a very central location and I felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, the beds are excellent and the staff is very helpful. The excellent cookies on the desk each night are a lovely touch.

Good location
November 03, 2013We did not have a reservation but were able to get a room at 10:00 at night. Parking lot well lit and bag cart available. King bed was good. The only thing I did not like was they.used flat sheets for the bottom sheet and.they can be pulled away. Over all one of the best sleeps we.had.on the.vacation.

I stayed here for the Abbotsford Air Show on business. This hotel is very clean, very friendly and has such a nice homey feel.

Great staff, pet freindly

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. If someone had mobility issues, there may be a problem getting in and out of the tub as it was higher up than most tubs. Our son used the pool and hot tub and exercise room but we did not check them out. Contintental breakfast included.

Not worth the money
July 22, 2011This is the second Coast Hotel I've stayed in and I must say that they are in desparate need of updating. The room is decorated with the cheapest junk art and would appeal to the tastes of an 80 year old.
