This is the worst Motel ever, I left money on the desk while I was sleeping. I had $85 go missing, housekeeping were the only ones in there. Keep in mind I was in the room, they denied it of course. I told my friend that my money went missing and he told me he had a checkbook go missing from here while he was at work.

It's a well kept motel at a fare rate for its location, unfortunately it's ina pretty scabby area and looks a little rough on the outside. All in All for it's cost it's a good stay.

Had adjustable paint stick in closet as coat hook bath food holding on by one hinge and would not close all bath knobs fell off wall when starting shower tstat did not work slept with door open to combat the heater and the complained about us smoking a joint in the room to boot

I am absolutely appalled by the service and safety of this place… my elderly disabled father who had broke down passing through needed a place to stay for the night… Coachman Inn had a room available ( all others were booked solid) My father called me once in the room.. he said "the room is beyond dirty and filthy with a horrible smell…. i don't feel comfortable to stay here" he called me back... more

charged 114 a night. what a scam. hair all over pillows. insisted its from maid. offered different room and clean pillowcases. looks like a sixty dollar room maximum. scared to shower because tub is grungy. better places to stay for same or similar price.

Good price. Poor rooms

No knob on bathroom door. Beds (mattresses) were in poor condition. Bedding needs to be replaced. Has a lot of stains.Taps in bathroom didn't work. Toilet in poor condition. Price is decent for what you get. Help me out when I was in a bind.

best stay for the price

had to live there for a night.....at the price, it was just awesome.....cleanliness was better than other high class hotels and motels in regina.....close to downtown, good location.....tip is to take a room onthe other side so that u do not face the main road, and avoid the little noise of cars at night.....rooms are pretty sound proof though.....

Dirty rooms in not safe area

Rooms were dirty and the lock was not working properly.
I didn't feel safe because the area is one of the most dangerous in Regina and Regina is always in top 3 in crime calitals of Canada.
So I can not recommend this place for women, families or men.

Management always helps when we have concerns. After your first stay, they remember you and know what you like, so will accommodate you as much as possible. For the price these rooms are decent and service is great.

affordable place to stay

contrary to some of the review this motel under new management i find the motel very clean microwave and fridge plus free internet the room was very clean and very quiet the staff very helpful i recommend this motel not too expensive 80 dollars i stayed 3 days and enjoy myself close to dowtown check it out

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, cheap motel. Internet, cable, AC, fridge, microwave have always worked for us.

The man at the desk, who was filling in, was very nice - even though he did have 2 phone calls while we were there.

The front desk attendant was very pleasant and we foud out was under new ownership and alot of renovation was done so we check in the last non smoking room. My Family and I arrived and settled in for the night at about midnight, we fell asleep after feeding our infant at about 1:00. At 4:00 my wife was up to feed our son again when she discovered a bed bug on her arm. She woke me up and I found 6 more and they had been feeding as well... more

this motel had mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls...it also stunk like pee....i will never stay here again...i don't recomend anyone staying here

The room was clean but that's about all. Worst place to stay in Canada

We stayed for one night and it was a miserable experience. The room was dirty, moldy and the shower didn't work properly, the beds were old and lumpy, the FIRST room,. the cable didn't work. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in. Our children were sick that night... more

We decided to stay at the Coachman after finding most of the other indepenndent motels with No Vacancy.
