Horrible workmanship and customer service
I had a suit altered here and they destroyed it. If you visit BBB (better business bureau you can see the details). They destroyed my $1500 Zegna wedding suit. The owner yelled back at myself, now wife, best man, mother, family friend who also does alterations that came on our behalf. I took this this suit to 4 other tailors and they all agreed the suit is finished. They refuse to compensate anything and are convinced my suit looks perfect. I have just attached an image for you to see. Look at the back of the suit, stretch lines at the bottom, at the sleeves on the upper back. This is the suit they say looks perfect. Enjoy!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, Worse experience ever!!!!!!!

BAD SERVICE! i asked the wife (when I first walked in) to shorten my pants (the kind where you cup the bottom stitching, then shorten pants and restitch original bottom to make it look original) I've very clearly explained this to the wife. She said yes I understand and said $12.50 per pants ($25 for 2 pairs) I agreed. Week later I return, they had shopped off bottom of my pants and re sewed it... more

Worst service EVER.. Tells me fixing 3 pairs of pants would take a week, they weren't ready.. I call another week later and I get attitude, they said "I told you I will call you when its ready!" (which they never said, they just told me initially ready in a week).. THREE more weeks pass, no call at all, I call back and they said "its been ready for awhile".. I ask "then why didnt you call???"... more
