the chocolates made by bernard callebaut are in a league of their own. the shells crack with each bite (which they should do!) and the truffles melt in your mouth. a perfect chocolate recipe!
As a self-admitted chocoholic, I just can't stay away. It is wrong, I know, but I JUST LOVE IT!
The best part is the quality. I always know what I am going to get - plan it Monday, buy it Friday! Yumm.
Loving the new menu from Derrick- he is so creative. I am a bit of a seasonal "choco" - from Yule Logs to Happy Rabbit Day offerings - Love the dipped pretzels, the habinaro salt bars and the...

All of the locations contain the same line of products, but this location's staff was just beyond helpful.
My husband and I really enjoy the Habanero Sea-salt that is popular right now. There is the Rosemary infused chocolate with the Habanero sea-salt on the bottom, or a regular milk bar with Habanero sea-salt.
The lady that was serving us was really great about explaining the difference...

The staff our pretentious, the price is ridiculous and the chocolates aren't worth the price they're asking for. Out of all the different icky flavours I only Like the Rum truffles. However I rather buy a bottle of Rum and Chocolate from a Liquor store instead.
I think what erks me most is that none of the Chocolate is covered, sure theirs a sneeze guard... but at the end of the day it sits on...

I can't justify the price of the chocolates. I guess I'm not much of a chocolate snob. They have the factory downstairs, which is cool if you come on Tuesdays (?) to tour. They also make cool shaped chocolates and have some fantastic Olympic chocolate structures. However, the chocolate doesn't really compare with others I've had. They have a nice variety, but nothing stood out. Go for the... more
I hate going into chocolate stores because I am almost tempted to buy and eat something there, and this place you can smell blocks away.
You walk in and you feel like you have entered a couture space for chocolate, many presentations are dressed in gold and have pretty bows. The man working there was very quick to offer chocolate to taste and I was very quick to accept his offer. They tasted...

The flagship store of Bernard Callebaut is located in the same building as the factory. It is a big space, with chocolate sculptures on the walls and metal molds lining display cases. When I visited today, the store was resplendent with Cowboy hats and Christmas themes, and I was feeling the season.
There were chocolate santas with reindeer and the side display cases were stuffed full of...

I shouldn't have to tell you about the greatness that is Bernard Callebaut! It should come as no surprise to everyone that this place is heaven... chocolate heaven!
They have everything in chocolate form and it makes me tingle just thinking about all the delicious, creamy chocolate they have. Now, I'm not usually a fan of chocolate, but when it comes to this place I'll make an exception... or...

Look, I had NO intention of stepping foot in a Bernard Callebaut store BEFORE dinner, but it's not my fault that the ONLY parking spot available on 17th Ave happened to be the one RIGHT in front of the store. Cut me some slack...PLEASE?!?!?!
I couldn't help it. I dragged my friends inside with me to show them why Bernard is God to most women. Everything from chocolate dinosaurs to chocolate...
