Chilli Chicken Dry
August 11, 2014I love this place!!! I love Hakka food in general and tried many Hakka restaurants all through out the GTA and I have to say that this place makes the best Chilli Chicken Dry. I love getting their lunch specials...comes with their delicious Hot and Sour soup and an egg roll. I wished that I live closer to this restaurant

One of the Pioneers
April 09, 2014This restaurant is one of the pioneers in Hakka style restaurants in the GTA. There is a large customer base for this place which has expanded over the years. My favorite dish is the Chilli Chicken dry.

Not what its used to be
July 29, 2013I've work closer to where this restaurant is located and I've been there so many times over the last few years. Their standards and quality used to be top notch outstanding. But, on my last visit with family, for some reasons I felt as the quality and tastiness have dropped a few steps compared to what they used to be.... more

Chili Chicken Dry... but lunch much better then rest of day

At lunch time there are lineups, but they are worth it. The food is great...my absolute favorite and my friends laugh at my monotone approach...is the Chili Chicken Dry and the Hot and Sour soup.
In the evening the food is okay but noticeable that it has been waiting for a while.

Broccoli and Beef to Die for

We go every Friday and we get the same thing. Broccoli and Beef. It comes with white rice. My husband and I split this and we are full when we leave and there are no leftovers! The staff is very friendly. No debit there, so take cash or credit cards.

Simply Delicious
December 26, 2012This place is great. The location is near the airport. The dining in is ok. If you are looking for a fancy sit down place then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for great tasting take out then definitely this is a fantastic restaurant. The chili chicken is amazing!

October 12, 2012I have been eating at China Garned for at least 10 years... and for about 90% of those visits we order the same thing... Chili Chicken with fried rice ( lunch special #7)..
