Staff treated us really good.. Prompt friendly service.. Good food every time we've been there. Doesn't take forever for the food to come.

Overall it's terrible

Terrible experience overall. My order was sent out wrong twice. First, my order came with fries instead of a salad, second the Caesar salad came with a half of a tortilla chip. Dirty thumbs down

This place needs a good scrubbing. I got gum stuck on my pants from the bottom of the table, we were seated in a booth, I sat down before looking and sat in the last customers food. Very Disapointing

3 of us were there last evening for dinner.
The food quality was very poor.
The cost was $91.00 which included 3 drinks.
The Fajita trio that i had contained 4 shrimp that were over cooked and dry. The chicken was dry and burned on the surface.
The beef was very tough.

So I have been wanting to eat here for a while and we arrived before the dinner rush. My GF and I are seated and the waiter comes around to the couple beside us and takes their money then walks away twice now, starting to see how our dinner was going to go. Nothing to go back to

Nothing really bad but nothing to make it stand out either...in fact the food seemed to me rather poor quality for the money....for that money I am better going to Toni Roma's or Ricki's. My daughter approves :-)

We keep coming back for the soup

We have eaten at several Chili's around Edmonton and have not been disappointed by the Enchilada soup, the burgers, the ribs, the generous bottomless lunch, and the desserts.

First off, we were a table of five, the restaurant was packed and the service was still immaculate! Our server..
Perhaps Alisha? I don't know.. She was adorable with a little bun on the top of her head. Just before Christmas.. Food was great, service was great! All around a great evening!

Great Service

My family of 4 had dinner at Chili's on Friday evening. Two of us had their 2 can dine for $25.00 and the other 2 had 2 can dine for $30.00. The menu selection was very good for these 2 specials. The food and the service were both very good. Would definately go back e again.

Pretty respectable cuisine

Disappointing. Should've listened to other reviewers

POOR SERVICE! Read a number of reviews (from various sites), but went anyway. Oops, my bad.
Having been to excellent Chili's restaurants on previous vacations in the states, I was hoping for the same.
My experience: To start, no chips/salsa offered. Well, I was disappointed, but figured maybe Canada Chili's doesn't offer this... Oh well... I'll survive

Great restaurant for a chain

First time at a Chili's... very impressed, great food, huge servings, and great service! I will go back next time I'm in Edmonton!

Texas fries was good, but filled you up before main course. Fajita is just average.

I had a pleasant experience here, with great food and good service again.

Now this is a place that has it all...its always busy so there is always something going on....whether you want to just stop in for a quick sandwich or have a full meal with at few drinks...they also have a great selection of beer

I haveto agree with the other fellow, the service was better here and seemed cleaner, I will definetely travel to enjoy this restaraunt again

I enjoyed this restaurant more then the one on the south side. The service was much better here, and the food actually tasted better. Will return again.
