This is not the least expensive restaurant in town, but considering the fantastic food in good quantity and outstanding attentive service, its the best in town. Reservation are recommended.

Awesome New Years Eve 2013

From the reasonable 6 course gourmet meal to the special attention afforded us by Charlotte and her Son, Matthew, we couldn't have asked for a better end to 2013. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. The kalamata tapenade was a nice surprise

Classy and welcoming

Very nice little restaurant. Loved the idea of a limited menu. Everything we ate was fresh, prepared with care and DELICIOUS! Highly recomended for a romantic evening or a classy get-together.

Should you find yourself in this pleasant gateway to the Maritimes,
there is no better place for a fine meal or a special occasion. The food is quite tasty and the service is welcoming and effective. This is a family run establishment, and the caring attentiveness produces good results.

Fantastic meal and service

While travelling from Alberta to NB we located this wonderful establish in Edmundston. This was the best meal we have had on our travel in years. The food was fresh and presented in an exquisite manner. The service of our waiter exceeded all expectations. This is truly a location deserving a visit if you want an evening to be remembered.

They delivered a 4 course meal without any hickups. The food was excellent (tasty and great presentation), the staff were very friendly and the ambiance had everyone having a blast!
Will recommend!

This is a great place for a group to get together. Great atmosphere combined with great service and fantastic food. Provides the perfect environment to have fun with friends and family. Very cosy and personal service provides the added touch to complete the evening.

Just had a wonderful meal at Chez Charlotte - the food, atmosphere and service were all top notch. Charlotte and her husband (the chef) were very accommodating in ensuring that my meal was gluten free and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Chez Charlotte has excellent food and excellent service in a clean, warm and cozy dining room. They are happy to receive you and will give their full attention to accommodate you the best as possible. It is more then worth it! Highly recommended!

Great food

One of the classiest places to eat in New Brunswick, I would definitely recommend it. Charlotte waits on you and her husband cooks. It is a tiny place, but beautiful.

My wife and I, driving to Toronto from Nova Scotia, stopped in Edmunston for the night and had dinner at Chez Charlotte. It was a fine restaurant - excellent home cooking, a pleasant ambiance (an old house, with the owners living upstairs), and attentive and friendly service.

We checked this great little restaurant out during an overnight stay in Edmunston rather than eating at the hotel restaurant and were really glad we did. The Chef cooks with real creativity. Both the food and the service were excellent. They seem to make an effort to use local ingredients when possible.

Down home hospitality

Delightful, clean little gem, very friendly owners/operators, and the food is excellant. We got a tour of the kitchen and the whole history of the restaurant. Charlotte and Bert are extremely hospitable hosts.

This restaurant is a rare find! Chez Charlotte is a character home that has been transformed to a restaurant. There are about 8 tables in total and service is table d'hote.
Three course is around $43 and four course is $47. Good wine list.

Great place, wonderful meal

We were recommended this restaurant by our B&B hostess. Great food, prix fixe four course meal, however, limited menu. Very elegant meal but also hearty - stuffed when we left table. Fantastic, cordon bleu quality. Great service and a lovely host. Great value for a top of the line meal.

A nice surprise in Edmundston

A nice cozy and romantique atmosphere with great service. In the last few years, the food quality was variable. Since one of the owners became the chef, great value. The menu is small but everything is well done.
