I stopped in around 5 pm on Friday, Oct. 30 (the day before Halloween) to get a last-minute shirt printed. The store was packed with customers, there was a long lineup at the till, the phone was ringing (and being answered) and I thought there would be no way to get what I needed. But I was wrong. Ten minutes later, I left the store with exactly what I came for, and a freshly printed shirt.... more
Whatever you do. DO NOT forget to ask for your USB back if you use one to get something custom printed. For a custom shirt printing place, they apparently have no policy in place responsible for USB that they forgot to give back to you and you forget to ask. No, they just toss it in a random corner or bag and hope no one remembers. But if you do, prepare for some attitude like you are stupid... more
Cherry Bomb customized a T-shirt to take home to a friend as a thank you gift. The experience was a little hectic, but we got a great gift at a reasonable price without much hassle.
My wife and I needed six custom tee shirts made. From our first initial "we have questions" phone call to the point where we walked out the door with our custom shirts in hand we experienced the hieght of professionalism from the staff. They walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, offered suggestions and overall engaged with us in the creative process of our custom shirt... more
I am a fan. I got a wicked tee with a campy tiger print for a friend for $10. My sister-in-law picked up one of the historic Van hotel tanks which is very dope. Actually, now that I think of it, I am sorry I didn't get one too. Best of all, my brother wanted a particular shirt that he'd seen on a show that they did not have in their catalogue, so dude went on line, did his research, and made it... more
I went here today to get a shirt printed and was really happy with the service. The guy was super helpful and not only listened attentively to what I wanted printed onto my shirt but offered different alternatives that I hadn't even considered - like for instance, he was able to enlarge this tiny pic I had online into a full T-shirt without any distortion to the image at all, and was able to... more
I needed to get a custom t-shirt quickly so I came to Cherry Bomb. I picked out a Fruit of the Loom t-shirt ($10) and some lettering ($1 per letter or $10 for a pre-made design or $15 for a custom design).
They got it done within an hour. The customer service rep was pretty nice and the environment store is pretty relaxed.
In retrospect, I would have done the iron on myself if I wasn't short...

I used to love this place. I still do, however, haven't bought anything real awesome in a long time. When this shop used to be upstairs they had the coolest t-shirt decals then I think they had some licensing issues and their images have fallen flat on the awesome scale. You will see once in a while some gems, however, you're waiting a long time. If you want a custom shirt with lettering you're... more
Used to love this place but I've become a little annoyed with them lately. The staff are so inattentive and pretentious going there isn't nearly as fun. They display clothing that isn't for sale which is a pet peeve of mine and some of the prices are ridiculous. I guess I like the stock over Bang-On, but going to Bang-On is a far less irritating experience.
I had some groupons for me and my friends to get t-shirts custom printed. After checking out the iron-on transfer choices at Bang-On we went to Cherry Bomb and found they had some cool ones we didn't see at B-O.
They said it would be about 20 minutes to do up our t's so we went off for a beer. I didn't check out a lot of their other stock but they had some fun vintage items. The staff are...

I went there to get some tanks printed for a staggette. The prices were reasonable, $15/8x10 sheet and the staff friendly and helpful. She helped me re-organize my design so I could get it on fewer sheets and thus save some $$. However, I was under the impression I could print any color onto my black tanks. When I arrived with photocopies in tow, I was told that I could only print exactly what... more
The only visible difference between Cherry Bomb on Granville and Bang-On on Robson is that Cherry Bomb's spacious interior carries more of what Bang-On sells.
Custom graphic t-shirts are the main grab here, available in a million different variations and semi-offensive statements and designs. Cherry Bomb also has the the largest and most eclectic selection of rubber boots that I've seen in...
