Beautiful, Comfortable and Classy

The room was clean and comfortable. Very up to date decor. Amazing views. Had some issues with ordering a movie, but as soon as we contacted the help desk, they sent someone up to assist us and the problem was quickly resolved.

We are three friends celebrating a "significant" birthday - had requested a 1-bed suite with 2 beds in the bedroom, upon arrival were told we'd been given a free upgrade to a 2-bed suite. The suite was clean and spacious! Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be back, and so will my friends!

Super hotel by harbour

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Chateau Victoria and we certainly would return there. The suite was very comfortable and clean. Also the location was quiet and we didn't hear the sound of traffic. We found the staff very helpful and the dining room on the top was great and the view is terrific. We will recommend this place to our friends.

You cannot say too much about this wonderful staff. They made us feel so special that the entire trip was pleasant. They even went so far as to make arrangements for some of the activities that we wanted to attend. Loved the place.

For a visiting relative I chose the Chateau Victoria and we were so happy with the choice. Nice hotel downtown Victoria near everything.

Very nice staff always saying good morning or good day when they see you coming in. Even wishing a pleasant day from room cleaning staff you meet in hallways or elevators.

Good location

This hotel is right downtown within walking distance to attractions and many restaurants. The hotel has a nice restaurant on the 18th floor serving good meals with a nice view. I have stayed here before and I like the upgrade to the double glazed windows which reduces the street noise. I always stay in a suite which provides good value.

We visit Victoria several times each year. We have stayed at the Chateau Victoria before. Excellent staff and location. Recently they updated the lobby and it looks great.
