friendly service, beautiful area, but the room that we had was not what we expected based off of the photos when booking the room.
My wife, two small children and I wanted a comfortable place to stay that was close to - or in this case, right on - the mountain. We were not disappointed at all. Loved the kitchen in our unit! The high-end appliances were great. The whole space actually made us consider buying one for future trips and to use as a source of income - it was just that good... Will definitely be back.
Outdoor hot tub was the best So was room kitchenette
We really enjoyed this place. Its a bit of a drive from downtown Quebec but the location is surrounded by natural beauty which was great for us. We visited Canyon Sainte- Anne which was only about 5 min away. Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the ski slopes. It was large and comfortable. The beds were soft, which I loved! Only downside to the room was that it needs some updating.... more
Excellent value. Great for kids. We enjoyed the games room, pool and child play area inside on a rainy day. Room was clean and roomy. Kitchenette was a real bonus. The morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. Great place to go with the family !
Staying at the 2 bedroom penthouses of Espace Nordik which are very pretty, well equipped and a true treat to stay at. This is a very promising setting which you can purchase or rent for longer terms, but the disappointing fact is that the overall facilities lack care and service: the towels at the indoor pool had run out for... more
A hotel that touts itself as environmentally friendly should not cool the corridors to a temperature where coats seem necessary in summer. Attractive lobby, with long narrow rooms about 10 feet wide. Everything modern and generally clean. This was our second hotel in Quebec and it seems like the staff was as chilly as the corridors. Americans? Not very helpful... more
I like the hotel, but unfortunately, i'm always in the middle of teens on vacation. Since renovation, it's my favourite spot in Beaupré/Charlevoix. Good staff and very comfortable beds in the Nordic section
After doing a lot of research on different accommodations in Quebec City, we decided on to stay at this resort. Our party included two families, with Children and Two Dogs. We stayed in a room that was partially renovated, meaning the bath and kitchenette were not renovated. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was clean but the... more
Stayed with our family for a week's skiing. On arrival we asked to upgrade to the refurbished studio rooms and this was done without a fuss. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, nespresso machines and a kitchenette as well as full bathroom with a deep tub!
The service throughout our eight night stay could not be faulted, particularly from...

Stayed here March 16-20 2014 under a Spring Madness Package. Excellent value with free parking, great access to the gondola (second floor), room was spacious (be aware though, it is luck of the draw and some rooms are very tiny), clean, and probably 75% renovated with new furniture bedding etc.. kitchenette was circa 1970. Swimming pool is small but good... more
We have been going almost every march break since 2000. No line ups on the ski hill. Love the double outdoor hot tub. Dominic the lobby singer is amazing. You usually have great Winter skiing conditions rather than Spring skiing. We have always found the staff friendly and accommodating. If you want a modern looking room ask for the 4th... more
Our family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at the Chateau Mont-Sainte-Anne during a ski trip over the Ontario family day weekend (third weekend in February). Our room was sufficient for our needs though the decor for our room was in dire need of an upgrade from the 80's. The WiFi key card system was unreliable. We had to exchange our cards daily and we saw many guests before and after us with the same problem. No apologies for the inconvenience and once the front desk... more
Our family (2 adults and our 2 kids) stayed at this hotel this February 2014. We had a great experience! It is fantastic to be able to walk out of the hotel directly onto the slopes. This is not a new property and it has been the subject of significant upgrades over the years. Although far from perfect, I quite liked my stay at this property.
What I liked: Extremely friendly check-in staff who went above and beyond to make my stay a good one. Very modern common areas and fairly good conference facilities. Good food...

The location was perfect a real ski-in ski-out and great amenities. We were lucky to be welcome by Cesar's at the reception, who provide an remarkable service topped by sincere kindness.
I would suggest this hotel to every one.
Four of us stayed here in two rooms the last week of January and while it was bitterly cold outside the hotel was warm and inviting. Skiing was OK but the wind and almost constant snow made grooming a challenge. The rooms were well decorated, comfortable and the kitchenettes had all the necessary amenities. Le Massif (1/2 hour north) had... more
We stayed at the hotel Jan 23-26th 2014. We had a mezzanine suite which was great, The room was a good size with 2 queen beds and a small kitchenette and table. We stayed at the hotel over Christmas holiday break and for New Years Eve. The ski hill is really great, especially having a gondola. We had a nice time during our stay at the Chateau Mont-Sainte-Anne. The condo was very nice and clean. It easily fit 4! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool was clean. We loved our 2nd stay at Chateau Mont-Sainte-Anne in Beaupré Quebec, Canada. And Cesar the Manager was brilliant at resolving our small problem. Stayed 5 nights over New Year's 2013/14. Room was clean - one adult and two teenagers on the trip - asked for extra towels for third person and they were delivered the day we arrived. They really do their best to achieve perfection! We had a 2 room Penthouse Nordik condo for 6 nights. Access to the ski mountain is SO EASY with the lockers and the 2nd floor exit to the mountain. Access to the hot tubs is SO EASY. Room service was impeccable, even on December 31st when the hotel is just loaded.... more
My husband and I love this hotel for its ski-in ski-out convenience. 3 years ago we went for Christmas holiday and had a great time skiing, then enjoying hot chocolate and mashmallow in the lobby by the big fireplace each day. ...I will stop short of assigning 4 stars (which means, "Very Good").

Hotel at the base of Mt. Ste-Anne downhill ski mountain, with indoor ski locker. Can walk to chairlift or gondola.

The amount of the bill was charged before I arrive to the hotel. The people in check- in had not experience or training to do that.

the room was soooo tired.
needs a complete renovation.
The hotel was like a beautiful ski lodge. The setting is breathtaking abd the fire pit in the lobby added a wonderful atmosphere. Ate dinner in the restaurant on the premises. Service was poor but the food good and more upscale. Very expensive to eat there.
\n\n
The price of the restaurant.
Good location, good breakfast (upon subscription), family-friendly
\n\n
Not clean enough, outdated rooms and kitchens not safe enough, especially for small kids ,hotel play room for kids - not clean enough, broken toys

The room was tired - in need of an upgrade

If you need to be on Mont Ste-Anne, this is the best place to stay.

The location was great. I really enjoyed the access to the hot tubs and
the live music every night (guitar player).

The beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchenette was dated and our
fridge did not work. As well, there was a small 'electrical
fire' when we went to use the hairdryer. The facilities could use
some updating. As well, it was expensive.

Both restaurants were awful and overpriced for what was offered
there was limited dishes/cutlery/glasses in the housekeeping unit
Room was very nice. As was the spa and the main restaurant.

The general state of the facility is tired and needs to be refreshed.
The front desk staff were not efficient and made mistakes.

The walls are very thin, it's very loud on weekends. The new rooms are nice, the older rooms are fair at best. Food in the Bistro is ok, sometimes good, sometimes "eh", always slow service
Staff were very helpfull. My room was upgraded from what I booked. From double bed with sleeper couch to two queens with kitchenette. My dog was welcomed and an effort was made to locate us in a room close to an exit with no stairs to make her stay more conveniant. Parking was very conveniant. Restaurent was conveniant, food was very good but pricey
We loved the location and the fact that this resort is not for couch potatoes! There are numerous activities and spectacular views. Breakfast in the hotel restraunt was first class and served brilliantly! Although the room we had was dated, it was fully equipped with everything a family would need to prepare and serve meals.
cant really compare because we had to leave sooner then our scheduled stay, do to medical emergency. however, the hotel said they would credit you for one night and that we needed to contact you on this issue so we could be also credited from you. we will also contact you by phone if need be. thank you
