October 26, 2014Excellent view to wake up. Kitchen equipment were all very clean and new. We willcome back for asummer vacation. . A bit far from downtown. The rooms are in very good condition.

Huge room right on the beach!
October 24, 2014Great room on the beach with 3 bedrooms! The only thing we weren't happy with is all of the glass tables. My 55 yr old mother went to put something on her end table and the glass moved a broke all over the place. Luckily she didn't get hurt. She ended up paying $130 for new glass but the table itself wasn't too sturdy. If your renting a property my suggestion is have sturdier furniture

Great family resort.
July 06, 2014Within steps to the beach and the pool. Kids didn't watch any TV or video games the entire week and didn't ask for it once. They were outside playing with lots of other kids from other families that had rented also. Great location, 4 minutes from Downtown Kelowna yet a world away from the City. Staff was always working hard to keep Casa Loma in pristine shape and with a smile.

I would have given this 4 stars, but $335 per day is too much for what you get. I might even give them 2 stars, as I am disappointed.
There are problems that you should be aware of:
- Housekeeping does not clean your room after 1pm. So no sleeping late.

We stayed for a weekend at Caso Loma in Sept. The location is great - right on the lake. It is quiet and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Our unit was well equipped, clean and confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
