Bought a couple rings from here a few weeks back. I'm just getting into rings so I wasn't really sure what to get.

Staff were nice-ish about helping me out.

But the rings are sh*t quality. One of them has already stretched to the point that it's an entire size up. The other one will probably get chucked next time I wear it because it's fallen apart too much.

Don't waste your money. The items here are very low quality. I bought a necklace for a friend. Her clasp broke within a month. I bought a bag for another friend, her zipper broke within a month. Pretty embarrassing. Definitely would not shop here and you can get same items elsewhere for the same price and possibly better quality.

Need a gift for a dame? Head for this bright pink storefront on Queen street west. Inside you'll find any number of girl-oriented giftables, from kitchy boxes/tins, silk scarves, jewellery, greeting cards, pashminas, coffee mugs, etc.

This store is hard to miss. When in doubt, just look for the hot pink doorway.

I've loved this store pretty much from day one. Not only are the owners super friendly and accommodating, but they make it a point to promote and sell pieces from local jewellers and artists.

I have a feeling this store has had a major upgrade since Kim B's post. I tried to find this place by searching for jewelry, but could not for the life of me find the store.

So this store is definitely not just cards and stationary, it now has a plethora of local hand made jewelry for sale, kind of like at art fairs or the CNE. There are semi precious stones and silver. There are still very... more
