Went for service. they unreasonable charge for service I didn't Ask for and what I ask to fix is not fix. Very disappointed for spending $100 for nothing

Recently brought in a road bike for regular Tune-Up service, $50 + taxes. For this standard price that many bike shops charge, I was surprised that when I picked up my bike, they didn't even inflate my tires. I came here with my Trek 5200 and needed some new tires and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff here is nice (kind of odd and somewhat not personable, but I can tell they are kind people).
