My mom and I went to cayon creek for dinner .we had a great dinner. We both had prime rib with was so tender. The only problem was the waiter never came back . I was going to order some wine with dinner.

I have been to Canyon in Burlington a few times with good service and good food but this last time was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. The waiter didnt introduce himself; took a very long time to bring our drinks; forgot to bring out our appetizers because he rang it in the register incorrectly; our food was ready before the appetizers. The service etc. is great, however; I cannot say the same for the head office. Last year I bought certificates on line to use at the restaurant and had nothing but trouble using them they had to actually re-issue them. This year I purchased $500. Good experience

We have visited Canyon Creek and the meal has always been very good. Our visit on Saturday was not all that pleasant as (1) I have hearing aids and the noise level was quite bad, and (2) because it was a special occasion for Mother's Day weekend the crowd made the service very slow - though our waitress did her best as did those who delivered our meals. The service was slow tonight. The waitress was slow to return to take drink orders. When she did return, she took drink and food orders at the same time. The drinks were slow to arrive. When a refill was ordered it was slow to arrive. The waitress said that she had other tables to look after as well as us, which seemed kind of rude.

Family loves....me not so much

My father's favourite restaurant, and one of my husband's favourite dishes served there. My own experiences not always great, but it won't stop me from eating there. I very much enjoy the ambience. I think I'm just unlucky, so would still recommend it happily... :)

The steaks that we ordered were cooked to perfection. Two members of our party ordered the prime rib and they thought it was amazing. Their deserts were very generous in size and they are all prepared in house from scratch. The service was very friendly and efficient. I have been to Canyon Creek a few times now.
Definitely one of the highlights of this restaurant is their bread & butter. They have this honey infused butter that is just to die for.

Best place in town for a good steak, always done to perfection - no matter how you like it cooked! My personal favourite is the Chicago Cut Striploin with the Chophouse Salad. The appetizers and burgers are delicious too!

The meat wasn't exactly 100% the same melt-in-your-mouth type meat u get at the keg, but the marinate at Canyon Creek is better. The steak bursts with flavors when u sink your teeth in. We arrived at 5:30pm and the restaurant was quiet, we got seated right away. The friendly waitress brought us our drinks soon after alone with the fresh complementary multie grain break with amazing honey butter.
