This Canadian tire has the worst waiting time on the phone. If you want to wait 20 mins on the phone just for the service to talk to you. Call this Canadian tire

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. i had made myself an appointment with the service desk a day in advance, for 9am. To have 3 tires placed onto my rims( just the rims loose no car involved simple right?)
I was told it would be an hour, i would get a phone call in that time frame... 2 hours go by nothing not a call another hour after that's 3 hours after the simple tires were dropped off...... more

This store is brutal. The worst one I have been to in Edmonton and area.

When you look for things online, it says they have items in stock, and when you go to the store, they don't have it or it is not on display.

I called to get a quote for a set of rims I saw in the flyer for my car, when I talk to to guy in the proper department i'm told that those don't fit my car and the ones that do are $5 more a rim. I'm not to upset. When I call to see if they have a set of tires in stock the associate says something that is muffled and puts me on hold for 10min comes back on the phone and hangs up on me.

Took my car in for a tire repair and they ended up busting my drivers side headlight while fixing it and then the tire went flat again in 2 weeks. Terrible service.

This Canadian Tire has hit a new low for Dumb Management!! They are doing renovations to this store and I walked in to see that half of the store shelves empty!!

Everything is scattered everywhere, half of the store is closed off to customers, employees are packing and unpacking boxes everywhere. It is impossible to find hardly anything you need as everything is moved or in boxes on the floor... more

Needed wiper blades. I couldn't find the ones I needed. I tried to find a staff member to assist me but I couldn't find one of them. I will endeavour to not go to Canadian Tire again.

When we first moved near this Canadian Tire, it was pretty awesome. We've only been here a couple years, but we were surprised by how much stuff we found here we needed. Cool DVD movie cabinet thing? Check. Recessed toilet paper holder that we couldn't find anywhere else, yup here it is. Area rug that looks nice without costing an arm and a leg? Yeah, that's here too.

Do not get your flat tire or anything else repaired here on a Sunday in late October. Better yet, never go near a Canadian Tire service centre at all. I've had enough of the Canadian Tire commercials, but I still like the store. I come here to buy accessories for my bike. I got a u-lock and a bicycle repair here, and the prices were really reasonable. It was much cheaper than a bike shop. I've also purchased a fishing rod and reel set here.
