Best hiking experience ever
July 28, 2013My family and I have done the Canadian Mountain holiday heli hiking experience for the second time in five years and every time it gets better. The lodge is roomy, comfortable and has all the amenities of a high class resort. Sauna, jacuzzi, massages to name a few. But the real reason is the hiking in the mountains of Canada.... more

March 27, 2013The food is amazing. Stayed at the Bugaboo lodge and what a joke. Half the crowd will go to sit in a chair. September 11, 2012It was fascinating: heli-hiking in early August. Glad I did the 6 days; 3 would have ended too soon. 6 days and two lodges. Well described by others below. The smaller lodge, Bobbie Burns, had friendlier feeling, because smaller, because staff younger, because CMH CEO was visiting. But both places exceptional. My buddy and I decided to take the CMH trip at the last second after doing a bit of research online (highly recommend reading 2the NY Times article from 2007 called 'Five-Star Wilderness').
