Cheap, clean but noisey. Breakfast is below average but something. I would only stay on the top floor and bring ear plugs in the future.

Expect runny taps and cigarette holes in the comforter however to be fair the room didn't smell like smoke and the wifi worked well.

Bad experience

Our room had no heat in -30 weather, the bathroom had hair in the bathtub and toothpaste in the sink. Staff were not very friendly.

Damp

A leak under the rug made the rug slightly damp and the room very damp. Water was pouring down the inside of the windows in the morning. A dehumidifier was badly needed, which is unheard of in such a dry climate. I would not have stayed more than one night.

Easy to access, old, needs renovating.

Motor hotel. Not fancy, plumbing worked, heat/AC was on, no holiday resort, but OK accommodations in a pinch.

Inviting looks close to downtown.

Stuffy room. A/C does not work. Created allergies. Bathrooms are old and outdated faucets falling apart. Fresh paint and cauking does not change functionality.

It's a older motel, run down, our bed covers had smoke burns in them, but sheets were clean and it seemed to be a packed house

Easy to get to

Found the room needed a lot of TLC,carpet needed cleaning as there were a lot of stains. Shower fixture in bathtub broken ended up cutting my finger putting the shower on. We found the room cold when the weather cooled down. Good value for the money

Motorcycling from Alaska to Boston. This was another end of a long day ride. Found this place after checking with a chain hotel that wanted almost 250.00 for the night. Stayed one night in June 2014. Tried to book other places but they were all full so had to take this one.
Positive- room was big. Bed was comfortable. There was a full sized fridge and microwave. It was quiet. It was relatively cheap.

OK for our purpose

OK motel for our purpose, which was to sleep overnight for a very early flight at a reasonable price. Close to airport. Old but clean. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately almost all older motels have some residual smell of smoke, even in nonsmoking rooms.

Good price and location, not great room

Service was great, only there for a night on the way to Vancouver. Bed was very uncomfortable and toilet and plumbing ran all night and was very loud. Was okay to stay there for a brief sleep before heading out but couldn't stay longer than a night

Bare bones, old hotel, not quiet

The room was clean, everything worked including the a/c.
Very basic room in an old hotel that has not been upgraded in a number of years.
I found it very noisy but I'm from a small town & not used to that much traffic.
Within walking distance of lots of shopping, restaurants & movie theaters.

Hotel need some real TLC

The room I was in smelt of smoke.and the door kept popping open.came out of the shower door wide open.but they moved me a smoking room .and the room smelt like a non smoking room Snd looked way cleaner

Not a bad hotel for a low price

We spent one night at this hotel and it was ok for the price. We had our toilet plug and overflow but that was minor. The beds were firm and bedding was clean. The carpets could use a steam clean though. Overall I would give this hotel a 2.5/5 rating

Tried a different hotel

Room was extremely dirty, a non smoking room with lots of cigarette burns.

Could not have a shower because we could not regulate the water temperature at all. It would go from very hot to very cold within seconds!!

Centrally located. Reasonable price.

There was some kind of insect in the bathtub when I went to shower, and they had the heat up to 30 degrees for some unknown reason. Both issues were easily dealt with. Its a basic hotel.

I was called a lier by the manager and charged for a bed that was already broken because I failed to report it because I was stuck in a 2 bed room when I only needed 1 bed. It is older but clean and comfy and great price!!

Great room for the price

The room, although old, was very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job each and every day. The free continental breakfast was very plain, but the breakfast area was well maintained, and the coffee pot was always full and fresh. I travel alot, and have added this little gem to my list of "will stay again" motels.

Great price for what you get

We needed a room for 1 night, liked the price, was a little concerned from other reviews, and don't know what the fuss was about. Older style accommodation but wonderful to have a kitchenette, the room was spacious and clean, and no concerns with the service. Most hotel breakfasts we've seen just see us through to lunch, and this one was fine. Will stay there again.

Won`t stay here again - will sleep in my car

The staff at this hotel were beyond rude and I would not stay at this hotel again if it were the last place available. I would stay in my car first - my stay was near the end of October and there was snow already. Guess you get what you pay for . . .

A pretty basic room but had everything you need including coffee and fridge - the price is right - not fancy - just a comfortable place to sleep.

Reasonable rate and great location

Reasonable rate, big rooms but old furnitures , good location, free breakfast, air conditions and refrigerators in there rooms. My room however was smelly. I stayed there twice because it was the best rate.

reasonably priced and great location

Location is great - close to the airport and shopping at a reasonable price. Free continental breakfast was great too. Staff were friendly as well. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights with budget, this is one of the best option in Grande Prarie area.

Cheap, clean, and quiet. Decent free breakfast, too

We have stayed here a few times, and have never regretted it. Once we had to change rooms because someone had been smoking in it, but it was handled without a fuss.

Definitely not staying there again

Room reeked of smoke, shabby beds, stains all over the carpets have never been cleaned, old run down appliances. Not worth the $200.00 deposit, took that money and moved to another place!!
