Overrated

I took my family there for dinner and we all agreed that we would not return.
From serving a warm martini to over cooked and dry pasta, our entire dinning experience was terrible. The owner tried his best to correct their numerous mistakes but not enough to waste our time and money. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Just awesome experience
February 15, 2014We just had a wonderful dinner at this little cafe. They had a special menu for valentines and the highlight was the the homemade mousse au chocolate, to die for. Over many years we always enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Missing live music, but will be coming soon.

Perfect Place on a Cold Night

My wife and I have been to the restaurant a few times but after we moved it has been over 5 years since we were last there. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the food still was.
Our waitress was excellent and when she brought the food to our table, it was still pipin' hot.

Unexpectedly good

A little remark about the area - Richmond Hill is about 50 kilometers from downtown Toronto, and there are no other French restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
Naturally when we booked a table ( an online deal) we did not expect much, as we had an average ad below average experiences in the other restaurants at this area. Again...

Delicious Food and Great Service

We enjoyed our meal which was tasty - coquilles st. jacques, and seafood pancakes. The servings were generous and the vegetables cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy with romantic French music as background. Our waitress did all she to could to accommodate my special diabetic needs.
There is also lots of parking at the back.

Wonderful food in a quite romantic atmosphere
September 05, 2011An older restaurant in the heart of "downtown" Richmond Hill. A romantic dinner is expected at this type of restaurant and decor and it is presently nicely. Romantic dining in a peaceful atmosphere
October 19, 2010Food is well-priced and mains are served with a generous side of mixed veg and starch of your choice. My favorite is the Veal en Passant which is sliced veal in a creamy mushroom wine sauce. The style is French nouvelle cuisine with ingredients being fresh and crisp.
