Not such a nice evening

At first, the atmosphere was great, but food was very average, plus they changed sidedishes without telling us, my food was cold, and I guess someone didn't show up at work that night because service was awfull. Not a smile, not helpfull and took an hour to pay.
positive:
- the place itself is charming
- not overpriced
- right...

Cozy intimate restaurant
22 janvier 2012On a cold snowy December night, we ventured out from Auberge le Vincent to find a place for dinner. We did not have to walk far, as we stumbled upon this little gem on the same street. 15 octobre 2011My husband and I went to Babylone Cafe on a trip for our tenth anniversary. It's sometimes tricky to find good veggie-friendly places in QC, but this one was great - I had an incredible mushroom ravioli, and it came with a tasty salad on the side ($14). After struggling with the language barrier for 10 minutes, a local shopkeeper recommended Babylone for a vegetarian breakfast/lunch.
The coffee was good and strong, the veggie omelets and potatoes PERFECTLY done and of course, fresh baguette slathered in butter couldn't make for a better meal before heading out to sight see for the day.
