Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!
Yesterday I went with a friend for lunch at Cachet. We have been there before and the customer service experience wasn't the best, however we decided to give it another try. What a mistake!
After we have finished eating and paying we stayed at the table to continue our conversation. The waitress came to tell us that two other ladies are waiting for our table and we should leave. Other tables were available in the restaurant but they wanted our table as the waitress was friends with them and she was serving in that area.
The waitress was the owner's daughter (Nikky) and the acting manager that day. That tells a lot about how much they appreciate their customers.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else!

Excellent Sunday Afternoon
August 09, 2014Thoroughly enjoyed afternoon lunch overlooking Fairy Lake. Service and food very good, reasonably priced, and well presented. Staff were able to vary the menu to accommodate my lactose intolerance which was greatly appreciated. Only establishment we have found to date with Somersby Cider on tap. Delicious!

6 of us went to Cachet Restaurant on a Monday night and it was a fabulous experience. Really busy for a Monday which was surprising but I think that's because it really is a great place.
Martinis are their specialty with lots of choose from and 5 of the 6 of us had one and they were great with different...

Great patio. Good service. Top spot in Newmarket
July 18, 2014We went for the patio and it didn't disappoint. The only patio in the area that doesn't look out into a parking lot. The service was quick and very friendly. The food was average. Not bad but didn't blow me away. Would return for the patio.

not loving it

Cold, mushy and bland
September 23, 2013My husband and I both had iced teas but they were never refilled. We ordered arancinis as appetizers and they were hot and tasty. He got a pizza which he found delicious. I got the risotto, which was cold, mushy and bland. I also got chicken added to it and it was dry and flavourless, I didn't bother finishing it

Always a pleasure

Patio time
July 20, 2013Cachet is a very nice place to go and sit on a patio, by some water, Fairy Lake, enjoy the very extensive menu of Martinis and the good food. The staff is friendly and theylet you relax and enjoy your time whether it is 1 hour or 2. There is no rush.

Go for a Drink on the Patio in the Summer

great location and drinks
