Watch out for unauthorized charges billed

Two things that I can't stand are hidden fees and power-trippers.  At this Budget location, you get both.I just moved to the neighbourhood and was very happy that this location was so close to my place.  I've rented there before and the staff had been friendly and the price was right.  A lot has changed since then.The pick-up was smooth and weekend staff were reasonable. Disgusting - Immoral location run by a bunch

of psychopaths. Everyone is entltled to their opinion.....and you cant make everyone happy all of the time.....but having said that I have been renting from this location for years. Its been my experience that if they dont answer the phone right away then they are busy. If they dont get to the phone at all then they are understaffed at that moment. The branch manager at this location is definitely on point. She has a good understanding of how to properly run a rental business. It is a shame that she is surrounded by a staff of raging degenerates. These guys are lucky that they can remember how to dress themselves in the morning, and would be better suited as participants in some kind of government funded science experiment. We had to rent a van from them... they were a little late delivering it to us, but gave us extra time to deliver it on the due date - greatly reducing our stress
