Lovely Place
This is a great coffee place to go to. The people are very friendly and they really understand what service with a smile is. Great coffees and some wonderful snack items I love it.

Super staff and very good coffee

I have coincidentally been served by the same staffer on every one of my three visits to this location. He guided the newbie to a very tasty soy Americano misto with sidecar that blows Starbucks to the sidelines.
Very busy but very efficient staff keep the line moving quickly.

Great coffee, so so service
November 17, 2013The biggest issue I have with this spot is the seating. there are a number of "soft " seats against the window. Every one of them has a problem and some (especially the on the extreme rhs) has collapsed springs. The upholstery is filthy and its composition prevents it from being cleaned. My favourite coffee shop in Ottawa

The Bridgehead Coffee chain is by far my favourite in the city; they're the only high-volume coffee chain that seems to really give a damn about the quality of the coffee. The baristas are all well-trained and contrarily to the competition, you won't find them simply pushing a button on a superautomatic here.

Excellent organic and fair trade food and beverages
