All around best in town

Bridgehead has amazing coffee. If I had to choose one business to bring with me anywhere in the world, I'd choose Bridgehead. Their ecological friendly and fair trade minded orientation makes it a go-to location. Staff is friendly and it feels you belong to their values quickly.

Great coffee

Locally roasted beans and great Latte's and cappuccino's - can't go wrong here. Wish they branch out to the south end of Ottawa.

Great coffee, sandwiches, salada and maccaroons

I love the coffee, the food, the atmosphere, the washrooms, and the fact that it is a local chain that offers fair trade products.

under-extracted coffee and poor coffee knowledge

I had a 12oz latte here last night and it was rather flavourless. I'm a Barista myself and understand the special nuances of pulling a good shot of espresso, and the staff here did not. great desserts

The desserts were delicious, staff very nice and close to hotel in reef to grab coffee or tea. Prices good.

Popping Up Like Starbucks but Much Better

When we first came here 4 years ago, there were a few Bridgeheads around. Now, at least in the central area, they are popping up all over. Coffee always good. Lemonade made a bit too thin for my taste, but the wife likes it.
Hint - if you use a spoon, please put it in the used spoon dish.

Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic caffeine drinks

If you crave the coffee or tea, don't go anywhere else. This is a coffeehouse with an intimate atmosphere, and good coffee and tea. Oh, and food, too.

Gread coffee and cozy, intimate shops with a very friendly staff. Only complaint is that, when they're busy, the staff often serve coffee before the brewing has finished. As any true coffee lover knows, this makes for a very, very strong and unpleasant cup of coffee for you and a weak cup for subsequent customers of that particular pot.
