We were looking for a furiniture for our bedroom and found anice set at The Brick. The price was affordable and they also have a promotion for the payments. the service was good and the furniture was delivered on time.

Warranty on my couch

Staff was fantastic. They convinced me to buy the couch, which was on sale, by throwing in their 5 year warranty. Really glad they did, had my couch taken apart and put back together twice now by the in home repair tech.

The customer service was great. The atmosphere in the store was very positive. The store was in great shape and the sales associate was very friendly. I would definitely use these guys site.

Bought $900 sofabed from the Brick. Salesperson was very cordial but would not waive $69 delivery cost. She made it a point to explain that we were not just paying for delivery but we were paying for a full set up in that the delivery person would remove all packaging and set the sofa bed up for us. On arrival at the store we were greeted by a gentleman who turned out to be a very knowledgable salesman.We were looking for a matress and boxspring with good support with good durability.This gentleman directed us to many display models and finally helped us to choose a model which has turned out to be very comfortable and satisfying.

Purchased a single bed for spare room, all the add-ons came to more than intended on spending. Mattress is much harder than floor model and way higher too. Nobody is comfy sleeping on this bed (except the cat) and not worth the money spent. Service was very aggressive in store -- delivery guys were OK though. Just don't think I got what I tried in the store. Buyer beware.

Customer service & full blanket warranty

The Brick managers have neglected to respond to our warranty items, after sending out repairmen and not responding to phone calls, or call backs, repairmen not showing after re-arranging schedules, also sent letters to Regional Vice president, East - still no reply.

We had a very bad experience with The Brick. The table arrived, and was scratched down the centre. Of the 6 chairs, 4 were severely damaged. (I'm not talking a paint scrape, I'm talking deep scratches). The buffet had a very deep scratch as well. Terrible service

Still waiting for the chair I ordered in October 2008 it is now March 2009! Lying managers and staff that hang up the phone on you and make false promises. Worst place I ever bought furniture from.
