The sales associate lied to me about what was being included in a deal when I purchased a mattress just to get a sale. When I talked to management about it they didn't care. After several more frustrating conversations with management about the issues and the fact the sales associate also ordered the wrong item I decided to go to sleep country a few days before my mattress was due to arrive.... more

I understand that the market is slow and business may not be as great as it was few years ago but you can't do business like this otherwise you go out of business altogether.

We went in this store to buy a mattress. There was a display with a big Stearns and Foster sign. We were told we were going to get a big discount!! Later we found out that not only was the mattress NOT Stearns and Foster but the price was close to regular. The store manager is a complete dick. Says that I should be grateful since he took a mere 5% off my purchase of over 2000$. He said and i quote: "you should be thankful im doing this for you. this is the worst store ever. terrible customer service. once they take your money, you are only bothering them. their delivery service is the worst out of any store i have ever dealt with!

The Brick has been my go to place for home furnishings. I never have an issue with high pressure sales people, in fact, when I went to purchase my bed the sales person wasn't pushy at all. Arrived at the store 30 minutes prior to closing, was desperate and got the help I needed fast. After waiting already 4 days for a repair man to fix my washer, was told it would need to be replaced. With a family of 5 at home, laundry is a daily occurence. The salesman assured me quick delivery was possible and helped me select the best model to fit my needs. Thank you.
We were looking to purchase a television and setero system for our home. When we arrived at The Brick they were most helpful in helping us select the appropriate tv for our use. got a sofa, love seat and a chair from brick 2 months ago, the leather has changed color already, very bad qulaity, rude staff and they damaged my wall during delivary, I should have return them , but I thought the qulaity of leather woiuld be better, and turned ot awfull
Went to upgrade my appliancess for new house. Excellent service. Salesperson Brian, was great! Provided excellent info about products and gave great discount. He even answered a question about my new washer when he wasn't working.
