Beware! Braymore changed the delivery address to a third party without sender's consent or knowledge on misinformation from recipient on prepaid shipment! I only found out a week later when I saw bill of lading. Never received a statement for shipment I paid for. Shipment went to person NOT my intended recipient! Too complicated to correct situation which should never have occurred!

i had the piano movers (josh and sandel) do a short piano move from my garage to my home. they were polite and friendly. They were very careful with my antique piano that is special to me. they arrived on time. i would refer them to anyone needing any large item moved.

I had been fretting over moving the piano for weeks because the space was super tight. But when these guys came, my worries went away. They're pros, made it look easy and accounted for things I didn't think of. It was actually pretty amazing to watch. I definitely recommend these guys.

Braymore was recommended by Remenyi. The 3 people who came were on time, courteous, efficient and nice. They moved the piano through tight spots with no damage and were helpful with their comments on previous damage. They checked all the key action and suggested a "rest" time. The movers were very friendly and efficient. They handled the piano with care and ease while on the stairs. We have used Braymore twice before and we would hire them again.

Bottom line... You only call Braymore if you want a gentle move of your prized piano. For this move (we've used them before) our baby grand and upright grand were moved. The upright needed to be taken apart because we asked to move it through a twisted hall of steps. Gentle caring hands left us with no worries what-so-ever. We will always use them for our piano moving needs.

I had my piano moved last Friday by Lance and crew from Braymore. All I can say is Wow! I have never seen such efficient and perfect execution of Service before this.

Lance has the experience along with the technical, communication, and leadership skills to make the project look easy but I know it is a difficult procedure to move around a 600 pound piano.
