It is very nice, clean and very welk maintained golf course. Driving range is one of additional benefits.

Great golf in the mountains of Mississauga

This is a very good golf course. I have played a lot of golf, and I love to return to Brae Ben every year. If you only have a couple of hours there is an excellent short course to try. And the food in the clubhouse is very good too. Drop in for lunch.

I've been coming to Brae Ben to play the 9-hole par 3 Academy course for a few years now. It's a very nice, walkable highland course. I've been playing golf casually for about 6 years and it caters well to my skill level.

A great city owned public golf course. Can be a challenge for the avid golfer or easy to play for the beginner. Cost per round with cart is very reasonable

Public Golf this good

I love Braeben! It's a golf course that's easy to love. BUT you must be able to hit the ball straight … since there's rough that's just off the fairways that will make your ball disappear … It's in good shape … but make sure you're riding or you're in for a cardio workout! Reasonable Price, Nice View

We hold corporate events here and have had a wedding.
Very Nice atmosphere for either type of event. The catering is very reasonable and the food was very good.
There have been anywhere from 35 - 100 people at our events and all reviews came back great. It is wheelchair accessible. The washrooms are spotless and very nicely decorated.

amazing location close to heartland, great and relaxed views of the undulating golf greens, great ambience, but food was typical and average. great for inviting groups to an exclusive venue, but only if you want to serve a ho-hum buffet food.

Interesting Course

Challenging. Uneven Lies. Always windy. Great views. Usually in good condition. Quite unusual course in the middle of Brampton.

I first played at Braeben when it was still called Britannia Hills. Back then, you could still smell the garbage and the adjacent land was still a landfill. There were not very many houses around the course either.

Nice condition course for a "city" owned and operator venue. Clubhouse is large with a large upstair reception area overlooking the course. Pro shop is large and well stocked. Food area is nice.

A Great Wedding Reception Venue

Note: This review is not about golfing, but as a wedding reception venue.

Braeben Golf Course is my home golf course. I have played here at the academy (the 9 hole), regularly for the past 2 golf seasons. For a public course, it is well kept and inexpensive. Every season, they have a Ladies Night which includes dinner, a round of 9 holes and prizes for under $35. It is a great way to connect with other fellow golfers.
