Luke Warm Food

Went for lunch with my wife and granddaughter. Seate quickly but then found out we weren't given the lunch menu, that soon arrived.

For a moderate restaurant - seems expensive. Had nachos, pizza and salad with pop - $85.00 - fair food good location to hotel and great sports viewing from the bar area.

Dinner with Co-workers - Oakville

The place to be to watch a game with a big crowed, love the finger food and all the items on there menu.

Great lunch place with equally great service

It was my first time in a Boston Pizza and found they have a good variety and offer much more than pizza. I recommend the starter size Mediterranean salad with salmon for those who watch their diet and want a nice satisfying lunch.

One of the worst experiences EVER

As I travel a great deal I can usually count on BP to deliver a pretty good experience. Tonight I have to say was one of the worst dining experiences EVER. As a "restaurant guy" I give a ton of room for "bad day", "it's late", "they must be new"......

Friendly Staff

Great staff, smiles through out by the entire staff even on a very busy night. Order a burger and a couple beers and enjoyed small talk with the bartender.
Food was nothing to call home about but was good and appropriate for the price. Multiple T.V's on the bar side and a dinning area on the other.

Average pizza, but expensive

Opted for buy one get one 50% off. Thin crust is fine but the toppings were out of can. The proximity to the hotel (across the freeway) makes this a good choice for alternate food.

Delivery was good

We were staying at the hotel in the same shopping area as Boston Pizza and after a long day needed something for a really late dinner. Boston Pizza had an ad in the hotel book so we placed an online order for boneless wings and salad. Hard to go wrong with them, but they were delicious and delivery was fast.b

Oh dear

The manager said it was the kitchens fault. Well your there to manage them so own up to it. Food was cold and took 20 minutes to zap them in the microwave when we gave it back. Then it was the table of 30's fault who were also the only others in the place and had finished eating way before... more

Boston Pizza

I thought it was a really cool place with really yummy pizza. I yummed it all up. If this is the Boston Pizza I went to then I loved how you give tours around the place and lets us go into the huge cooler and how we made our own pizza.

over priced plain food

Someone told me they make a killer burger but what i got was a saggy burger with not flavor and very pricy. On top of that the service was too slow as the server was busy chatting or flirting with one another!

Love this location

I have an amazing time everytime I go! Great food, and incredible service! The server I had was realyl helpful, and helped me choose what to get. Plus they just started a new menu and it is out-of-this-world! So many good items on there! The staff here really made me feel at home!

Good Food, Reasonably Priced

My wife and I go to this Boston Pizza about four times a year. The service is very friendly and the food is very good, especially for a pizza chain. We like sitting at one of the tables in the bar area, but the dinning room is also nice.

noisy, service is poor, high ceilings with no acccustics to soften the noise. not my favoirite pizza. tables too close together. you feel rushed to get in and out.

Disappointing Veggie Pizza

I ordered the veggie pizza here, and was disappointed with it. The veggies were not cut small enough. I would take a bite and the veggies would all come off the pizza. The taste was quite bland.

Nothing special to write about as this is a normal chain restaurant. Service was good with average menu. Drinks were so so.

I have been to this location 3 times and there has been a problem each time. The constant has been the struggle to find something appetizing on the menu. The service was OK the first two times. This last time was the tipping point.

Their pizzas pretty bad

Yesterday we ordered some wings and small pizza for the first time, it tasted really bad, plus when we got the bill, we got shocked, 80$ for 30 chicken wings and small plain pizza plus 3$ delivery charged, will never order again C@!%!Y FOOD, PLUS THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

The ambiance is always great at BPs its just the food is always so surprisingly bad. It's like they go out of their way to be mediocre. The pizzas are good, ill give them that, but the rest on the menu is always disapointing.

Over priced for c@!%!y food.

I don't know how this place survives... the food is truly sub par. The servers really do their best to put a smile on while knowingly serving you c@!p... and when you get the bill you feel really ripped off.

Its okay

This restaurant is in walking distance to Homewood Suites Toronto-Oakville. We sat outside once...the pizza was great and the staff is pleasant. However, everytime we ordered our food to go, they got it wrong. Either they messed up the order or give you food you did not order.
We decided not to go back after the 3rd time.
