Slow service
February 12, 2014Went there for dinner the other night. The food was pretty good - as expected. It was Thursday night and the service was slow - the next table arrived a few min later than us was still waiting for their food when we left. Free wifi helps. Over all I would go again.

NOTE - as of the Fall of 2013 they not longer offer Air Miles.
Have eaten in the restaurant a few times - it's ok. Sports bar sectioned off from the rest of the place - nice.
Most of the time it's delivery service that I get.
They have a poor track record getting their orders right for delivery.

Never say never

Its been 20 years since vowing never again to eat at BP.
Not being a big pizza fan, when our small group chose this place for lunch, I was expecting really lousy food.
Every dish we had was excellent. Grilled chicken, honey garlic wings with blue cheese dip, garlic toast, appie bread all above average and served hot.

Pleasantly surprised
September 05, 2013Having experienced Boston Pizza before and not looking forward to going, I was pleasantly surprised to find my opinion has changed. Not only did I have a delicious meal, the atmosphere was pleasant and the value was very good. Best veggie burger in Victoria
May 10, 2013Great service, roomy tables, good choice of food for all ages. Hot and cold foods are equally as good. Fun place to take kids, birthday parties and watch the Hockey Game. Great place to take out-of-town guests. Open late.

Great for a quick lunch
October 12, 2012I have been stopping into Boston Pizza for lunch fairly often for the past 6 years as my office is nearby. I always get good service and a great lunch. The good size menu ensures lunch doesn't become the same old thing.

July 24, 2012If you are not a fan of pizza and pasta (average at best) there is little for you to choose from. Good atmosphere and servers are usually very helpful. I would just like to see a little variety for non-pizza fans

Tuesday night. 9pm. We're starving. We just arrived in Victoria for three days of relaxation. Milestones was our closest option... Closed. Fail.
Called BP and they're open until midnight. We're off to a good start. Manager greeted us with friendly genuine smile. He introduced Tia out server even before she came over. Nice touch. Tia was friendly, smiley and accommodated...

BP is the worst food of any chain in Canada, period. There isn't a lot of choice at 8pm in the west shore so maybe that's why it was worth another try.

Standard Pizza with friendly staff
April 03, 2009The cheeseburger pizza is to die for and the only place in the area to get one! The location is convenient, but the service is very slow so allow yourself LOTS of time for eating a pizza. Cost wise - very high compared to others, so we only go here for the special pizzas we can't get elsewhere!
