Went here for supper with my wife and son (8yrs old). The food was really good and good portion sizes. Prices for pizza seem high but that's BP. The server seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to enter a gift card in the till. Not the best service but definitely not the worst for grande prairie

Every time I've been to this north side Boston Pizza, I've had great service with a smile and a stomach full of good pasta. I love my pasta, so this is a place I love visiting especially on days like Thursdays when they have deals on pasta. Awesome.

The restaurant side is nice and clean and the noise levels aren't crazy so it's good for a family trip.

Went to BP tonight, didn't have a good experience! Didn't know how to mix a drink, ordered a mojito mint was wilted and didn't taste well! Cold Pizza and Pasta

first time at this restaurant... very disappointed. I thought nobody can make bad pasta and pizza... and I found it. The restaurant has only 3 tables including ours... .and the pasta came out cold and tasteless..... never go back and it really hurts BP as a brand.... how can BP corporate allows a franchisee like this...... Boston pitza in grande prairie, ab

The server was friendly and the service fairly quick. The food was delivered hot just out of the oven and was very tasty when it arrived.

Lots to choose from

Four of us went out for supper. I had the spinach salad with feta which was very tastey & fresh. The others had lasagna, pizza and garlic bread. All was very tastey and everyone was full and happy when we left.

Service is always bad. There is nothing worse than feeling like your server couldn't give a rats a@s about your table. The bathrooms more than once have been disgusting. I would choose the other Boston Pizza in town before I will go to this one again.

typical good quality boston pizza

i had the plain healthy lemon salmon, it's like any other Boston Pizza, standards are the same, staff was friendly enough. Nice to find a large chain in a small town.

The food is always great

This is such a busy restaurant but always dependable. There are two in town, and you can rely on Boston Pizza to provide a great meal and reasonable prices. Again, get there early, there will be a wait...always.

this is a great basic restaurant that is always consistent. great for families, friends or just a night out. the food is always good and their bostons lasagna is the best lasagna anywhere.

the service was slow, the food was terrible and uncooked and the resturant was dirty, the server was sitting and eating in the resturanre while we were waiting 15 to even get our drinks

Stick to what they do best

I love the pizza here and thought I'd try the beef dip. It was a processed meat product! I am so disappointed.

Great Salads at Boston Pizza

My wife and I had a lunch at Boston Pizza this week to eat in a cool restaurant during the heat wave. We ordered 2 salads and the salads and dressings were excellent. Service prompt and friendly

Amazing marketing - poor food quality

Because I would in smaller communities where BP has a big presence, I am limited in dining choices hence having to go to BP more than I would prefer. I find the food throughout the chain to be very mediocre and don't understand the big draw. It's not like their pricing is the best either.

Worst Service in GP

I honestly can't remember the last time I have had service this bad. The waitress ignored us, took a very long time bringing drinks & refills, did not bring any appetizer plates for the appetizers and generally acted like we were inconveniencing her.

I stopped at the BPs on my way out of the town from the Grande Prairie airport. My server (Tommie) was pleasant and attentive. I had the seven cheese ravioli baked with cheese on top. It was okay. Another good Boston Pizza! I've never been to a bad one. The menu is varied and the BP food and service standard is up to par here! Sit back and enjoy.

meh... food is average

anytime we've been our food has taken a long time to come, dining and bathrooms have been on the dirty side (worse in older location and better-ish in newer location), only once did we have pleasant staff. and that was in newer one (newer one is not the one listed here but over by the walmart)

Typical Boston Pizza fare. New location on the west end of Grande Prairie, but both restaurants are fine and well kept. Both lounges are fun to stop and watch the game on TV, great atmosphere.

Boston Pizza - blah

I've been all over Alberta and to many Boston Pizza's. I usually have the Pepper Pizza - this one missed the mark. Seems somone lost the recepie up there in Alberta.

Meets expectations

Service could use a little help. Bring wipes to give the high chair a proper cleaning and even an extra seat belt since most were broken. I think next time we'll bring our own booster seat. Food was good.

ummm... i dont know if the other people who wrote a review under me are high but, i never get any decent service at bostons and the food always seems rushed, no tlc (tender love & care) i hate it there, the most i get is a Hawaiian pizza and even that they seem to be able to f*ck it up. they never cut the pizza so we have to tear it apart and my god is a it a mess.

A Typical Boston Pizza

The Grande Prairie BP provides good food and (hopefully) good service. I've eaten their Pizzas there often the the has always been good. The service depends on the staff.. sometimes friendly, sometimes disinterested. If you're alone, head to the main area and enjoy the food. If you're in a group.... ask someone else :)

AWESOME SERVICE and awesome food. If anybody can do better i dont know who they are. I eat all my meals in restaurants, and love when i get to eat at Boston Pizza for lunch and dinner, because I get to experience amazing service and food twice in one day
